A Prophetic Word From Hilda "Mercy Is The Key To Heaven's Door"

Prophetess
hilda arredondo
Dear Ministry Friends, God extended His Mercy unto us when He sent His Son Jesus Christ to die the horrible death of Calvary.  In Titus 3:5 (ESV) it reads, he saved us, not because of works done by us in righteousness, but according to his own mercy, by the washing of regeneration and renewal of the Holy Spirit.”  We all know what MERCY means and we could all write down a definition of what it means to us.  A simple definition that I clearly understand is because of His love, our God extends MERCY unto us when we need it instead of what we really deserve; that is MERCY! The above scripture said He saved us not because of righteous things we had done but because of His MERCY. Thank God for MERCY, In Psalm 51:1 (ESV) David cried out to God after his mistake with Bathsheba, Have mercy on me, O God, according to your steadfast love; according to your abundant  mercy blot out my transgressions.”   David sinned again.  In II Samuel 24:10 (ESV), it reads, But David's heart smote him after he had numbered the people.   And  David said  to the Lord, “I have sinned greatly in what I have done. But now, O Lord, please take away the iniquity of your servant, for I have done very foolishly.”  David had done a terrible thing in the eyes of God by numbering Israel – something that God had told him not to do – He was the leader of Israel and he had disobeyed God. He repented and admitted that he acted very foolishly.  We can understand why we are instructed in God’s Word that to whom much is given much is required!  Leaders leading the flock of God have a great responsibility in obeying God – DAVID HAD DISOBEYED GOD! II Samuel 24:11-12 (KJV), “ For when David was up in the morning, the word of the Lord came unto the prophet Gad, David's seer, saying, Go and say unto David, Thus saith the Lord, I offer thee three things; choose thee one of them, that I may do it unto thee.” Here is the “whipping” so to speak.  Yes, God let David choose one of the three methods of punishment. In V-13, He said choose, 7 years of famine; flee before your enemies three months or three days of pestilence.  David knew he needed MERCY; he had done wrong.  Maybe you have done a “wrong” that has grieved the Lord’s heart and there is only one thing you can ask for as David did.  In II Samuel 24:14 (ESV), it reads, Then David said to Gad, “I am in great distress. Let us fall into the hand of the Lord, for his MERCY is great; but let me not fall into the hand of man.”  David cried out, pretty much he was saying I am between a rock and a hard place; I need your great MERCIES God.  I would rather fall into your hands then the hand of man.

EXTENDED MERCY

You see man has very little or no MERCY at all.  So David chose to fall into the hands of the living God! Proverbs 28:13(ESV) reads, Whoever conceals his transgressions will not prosper, but he who confesses and forsakes them will obtain MERCY. When MERCY is extended from our Father in Heaven, instead of what we really deserve, we are truly grateful for second chances! David confessed his transgression and when he cried out, And when the angel stretched out his hand upon Jerusalem to destroy it, the Lord repented him of the evil, and said to the angel that destroyed the people, It is enough: stay now thine hand.” II Samuel 24:16 (KJV)  In II Samuel 24:25 (ESV), it further reads, And David built there an altar to the Lord and offered burnt offerings and peace offerings. So the Lord responded to the plea for the land, and the plague was averted from Israel.” Because of His MERCY they were spared.  Today MERCY is the key that will stay back the judgments from America. Remember MERCY is extended from Heaven instead of what we deserve.  If your sin is personal then like David, cry out for MERCY. Remember when we repent, MERCY is extended unto us instead of what we truly deserve.  God said to Moses,   For he says to Moses, “I will have mercy on whom I have mercy, and I will have compassion on whom I have compassion.” Romans 9:15 (ESV)

GREATEST ACT OF MERCY

Our God showed us the greatest act of MERCY in sending His Son the Lord Jesus Christ to die on Calvary’s hill for you and me.  Jesus was His MERCY extended to us instead of what we really deserved.  The blood was shed there for you and me that we might be saved and make heaven our eternal home. ”Blessed be the God and father of our Lord Jesus Christ, which according to his abundant mercy hath begotten us again unto a lively hope by the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead…” I Peter 1:3. (KJV) Surely His ABUNDANT MERCIES endureth for ever.  In Ephesians 2:4-5, (KJV) it reads, But God, who is rich in MERCY for his great love wherewith he loved us, Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ, (by grace ye are saved;)”  Our Jesus surely made the way for all of us and our God instructs us that we are to come boldly with confidence to the throne of MERCY and find grace in time of need. (Hebrews 4:16)  Do you need MERCY? Then pray and cry out to Him and He will hear you as He heard David in his time of need.  David had done a wrong and was, as I said earlier, between a rock and a hard place and only MERCY could lift him up and out of that situation.  As America continues sinning against God, only repentance with much prayer for MERCY can lift us out of the judgment mess we are in.  Personally if you have sinned against God then Jesus, His MERCY, can lift you up and lift you out! SWEET--FIRST FRUITS

First Fruits
In my last E-Thought 10/13 - I talked about how the Israelites acknowledged that all good things come from God and that everything belongs to Him.  They were thankful to God just like we are thankful for His blessings today, no matter how they come.  "O that men would praise the Lord for His goodness, and for His wonderful works...." Psalm 107:8.  We have a couple of fruit trees in our backyard, one is a fig and the other is a pomegranate.  Our pomegranate tree hasn't produced any fruit for the past 5 years but last night my husband brought in a beautiful sweet pomegranate from that tree.  My heart was filled with joy at the "Awesomeness of God" after all these years. It's so easy these days to go into a store and buy a piece of fruit from the produce department.  I began to think, 5 years is a long time to wait for something to produce especially since we live in a society where we like things now.  It truly was worth the wait--we were so grateful and blessed to actually see fruit ready for the picking hanging from the tree in our backyard.  Seeing that reminded us of the goodness of the Lord. "...the goodness of God endureth continually" Psalm 52:1 I know that when we wait on God, we allow Him time to reveal His perfect plan for our lives.  Let us continue to read His Word so we can grow in Him and in due season we will see our lives produce good fruit.  May you continue to be blessed and have a sweet and fruitful year in the Lord Jesus Christ. GOD HEARS US IN OUR URGENT TIME OF NEED

My Dear Ministry Friends, I want to share and encourage you with this wonderful testimony of how the "Power of Prayer" gave us a wonderful miracle! For several days I had been receiving calls about this special little child who was very ill.  She had a fever, severe cough, wouldn't eat and drank very little.  She had been taken to the emergency room, but to no avail.  When they called me again it sounded very urgent, so I decided to go and agree with them in prayer.  As I was leaving I called one sister to help us pray; I had also called others to pray earlier that day. Upon entering the home, the child was just lying there limp and appeared to have little life.  Mom and Dad were desperate and getting ready to take her back to the emergency room again for the third time.  The Holy Spirit said, "Do warfare against the evil demon of infirmity" and all five of us there did!  We felt something break in the spirit and we all moved back into the family room and in a few minutes she (child) started moving around and smiling-wiggled out of Grandpa's arms and started walking around.  We waited to see if this was true and waited some more.  Yes, a true MIRACLE had happened-this child was healed!  All of us were so happy knowing that our God heard us in our time of URGENT NEED OF PRAYER.  To God be the Glory! "Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.  Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth..." Ephesians 6:13-14.
