"2012--A NEW YEAR"

Dear Ministry Friends, 2012 is a Brand New Year and we can expect new things. What are some of the new things? They are blessings to the righteous and judgment to the wicked will increase upon our land and the nations around the world. “Behold, the former things are come to pass, and new things do I declare: before they spring forth I tell you of them.” Isaiah 42:9 His word tells us that He will let us know of things to come. In Joel 1:1-14 it talks about the judgment to the nation of Israel. “The word of the LORD that came to Joel the son of Pethuel. Hear this, ye old men, and give ear, all ye inhabitants of the land. Hath this been in your days, or even in the days of your fathers? Tell ye your children of it, and let your children tell their children, and their children another generation. That which the palmerworm hath left hath the locust eaten; and that which the locust hath left hath the cankerworm eaten; and that which the cankerworm hath left hath the caterpillar eaten.” The Lord God sent the Prophet Joel to declare to Israel that once upon a time they had been a flourishing and prosperous nation and now their land laid waste and in ruins. Their disobedience to God’s commandments and sinfulness was the cause of the disaster of the “CATERPILLAR STRIPPER.” Joel’s name means JEHOVAH IS LORD or THE LORD IS GOD. Prophets are called to declare what they see by the spirit and usually warn God’s people of upcoming judgments, calamities and woes! The prophets are God’s heart of mercy to His people announcing seasons of judgment so they have time to repent and turn away from their wicked ways or prepare for the COMING JUDGMENTS! Joel cried out to the old men and to all inhabitants of the land, Have you ever seen such things in your days, tell your children and your children’s children. What were they supposed to tell their children? That the locust destroyer had already come to their land and laid it waste because of their terrible sins. There are four (4) Different Stages of the locust mentioned in the above scripture. THE PALMERWORM, THE CANKERWORM, THE SWARMER AND THE CATERPILLAR. The First Stage is the PALMERWORM, also known as the CUTTER LOCUST AND GNAWER, it has no wings. The Second Stage is the SWARMER LOCUST which is still part of the first stage and has its original skin. Next is the Cankerworm Stage or also known as the Hopper Locust or Devourer. It cast off its first skin and develops little wings and leaps but does not fly. Last comes the CATERPILLAR or STRIPPER LOCUST, the Consumer fully matured with long wings and legs. This process beginning with the egg to its fully matured stage takes about 60 days to complete and the eggs are laid in early summer. Joel cried out to the people of that day under the direction of the Holy Spirit in Joel 1:5-7 it reads, “Awake, ye drunkards, and weep; and howl, all ye drinkers of wine, because of the new wine; for it is cut off from your mouth. For a nation is come up upon my land, strong, and without number, whose teeth are the teeth of a lion, and he hath the cheek teeth of a great lion. He hath laid my vine waste, and barked my fig tree: he hath made it clean bare, and cast it away; the branches thereof are made white.” They had become a nation of drunkards and because of them turning away from the life of holiness that the Lord God had taught them, they now forgot God and they were going their own way and losing all the blessings of the Lord as they went.

A NATION OF DRUNKARDS

A lot of people today do not want to go the Old Testament and read it. They say that all we need is the New Testament. But I want to share with you that the Old Testament is precious history to us today and we need to read that history to see how God deals with disobedient nations. Why do schools require history for their students? Others have the mistaken idea, that we are under the New Covenant in the New Testament only, therefore under grace and there is no judgment! Grace does not mean that we are to continue in sin, which will bring a consequence (chastisement) with it. In 1990 America moved into the “STAGES OF THE PALMERWORM” that Joel talks about in the above scripture. Just as God had prophets back in the time of Joel, He has them today and they declare to those who have ears to hear. The invasion of the locust upon America that I am referring to is not a natural locust invasion, but one that has to be discerned spiritually. We moved into the first stages of the locust almost twenty-two years ago. We are almost at the finish line of that judgment—time is running out!

HE WILL DELIVER OUR SONS

As Israel, America has become a nation of drunkards, dope and pill addicts. At this time how many mothers are crying out to God for their sons to be delivered? At one time I was one of those mothers, but God in His mercy delivered our son through much prayer of the saints and your precious sons can be delivered too, America. Thank you Jesus for all the good, moral people that are still left in our country. But on the other hand we are surrounded by sin and liars, thieves wearing three piece suits in high offices and stealing money from the good American people.

Several years ago, a good brother came to me and shared with me how he invested all his life savings, retirement monies into an investment company. If I would tell you their name you would recognize them. They often advertise on radio and television. For the first year He received some investment returns and he was so excited. You see many of them are con artists and know how to get your money and then make you believe that you did the right thing. Not too long after that He got a letter that the companies had bankrupted and gone out of business and it was out of their hands, there was nothing they could do--the poor brother was taken by the enemy—lost it all!

We should be investing into the kingdom of God, where there will always be a promised return on your tithes, offerings and all other giving. God is the same yesterday, today and forever and changes not. (Malachi 3:6) He does not go out of business nor will He bankrupt. Today many are expecting their seed returns from their giving from the government at the end of the year because they don’t want to pay tax. It is better to pay tax and get your dividends from the Hand of God. There is nowhere in the bible that says that we should try to get out of paying tax. God is the rewarder when we give! That idea of write offs for our tithes came somewhere in the mid 1900’s from one of the presidents. Yes, you can do that as long as you want—expect your seed’s return from the government, but it is not scriptural; that will only last until the government changes its mind and that could be sometime very soon. What are we going to do then if the government can no longer pay social security or give you returns on your tithes and offerings? Wouldn’t it be better to start now and invest in the kingdom of God which has much return?

THE ABOMINATION OF PORNOGRAPHY IN THE CHURCH

Another abomination is the sin of pornography which opens you up to an unclean spirit. We are infested with that horrible sin. How many pastors, preachers touch God’s Holy pulpit while involved with this terrible abomination? Jesus wants holy preachers, holy men and women who will cast down every evil imagination, instead of entertaining the evil imagination of pornography. (I am not addressing those who have been involved in pornography, and have repented and put it away.) In the above scripture Joel 1:5-7, it states that the new wine was cut off from Israel and the new wine represents REVIVAL for us, but today there is none. As He did to Israel He will do the same to us—cut us off from revival because of our sinfulness. God warned Israel of a nation without number that came against them. He said they were strong, whose teeth are like the teeth of a lion, and hath the cheek teeth of a great lion. He further stated, “He hath laid my vine waste, and barked my fig tree: he hath made it clean bare, and cast it away; the branches thereof are made white.” Joel 1:7. The fig tree represented Israel’s prosperity and the locust had stripped it down to the bark, cast it bare white. “The vine is dried up, and the fig tree languisheth; the pomegranate tree, the palm tree also, and the apple tree, even all the trees of the field, are withered: because joy is withered away from the sons of men.” Joel 1:12

THE CATERPILLAR STRIPPER

As Israel, America is being stripped down to the bare bone of her prosperity by the Caterpillar Stripper. Our prosperous economy was Given o us by God and He made the hands of the American people to prosper. That was our reward and blessing because we used to be a praying, God fearing people holding up the Bible, the Ten Commandments and above all else Jesus Christ—He blessed us because of that stand. Now, We have thrown God out of our schools, cities and He is not allowed to be worshipped publicly—well Americans keep it up – you will see the total down fall of our economy and this nation. Other countries like China the Islamic nations and others can be compared to the nation in the book of Joel. They are considered strong, without number which means their teeth are teeth of a lion. They are coming in like the CATERPILLAR STRIPPER buying up our land and real estate, loaning money to our failing businesses and banks. If this keeps up, guess who is going to eventually own your mortgage America? Or is America already mortgaged? They are not Americans and do not have any compassion for us. Also, our hospitals will be taken over by foreigners and many of them will see us (the American People) as dollar signs only and cut on us without a real need. Oh America, America, you have left your God and the fierce anger of the Lord will blow hot upon our Nation this New Year and all those guilty of sin. God is removing his presence and with the removal of his presence goes the blessings that we have enjoyed in this country. We have made our God angry as Israel did and our punishment will be no less than theirs! “Therefore the LORD was very angry with Israel, and removed them out of his sight: there was none left but the tribe of Judah only. Also Judah kept not the commandments of the LORD their God, but walked in the statutes of Israel which they made. And the LORD rejected all the seed of Israel, and afflicted them, and delivered them into the hand of spoilers, until he had cast them out of his sight. II Kings 17:18-20. As Israel, we will also be delivered into the hands of the spoilers such as China, Islamic countries and others who will be like the CATERPILLAR STRIPPER till nothing is left. When our economy falls the depression days of 1929 will look hopeful to us. Jobs will continue to be stolen from us. Yes, we need to prepare spiritually, but at present the most important thing that you and I can do is cry out to God that repentance would come to all. The coming elections are secondary – these upcoming elections are a battle for America’s soul of the founding fathers’ principles--one last chance to put righteous men into office.

AS CHRISTIANS, WHAT CAN WE EXPECT

As judgments continue, destruction will follow. Disasters upon disasters, we can expect this year – severe weather, floods, earthquakes, tsunamis, droughts, volcano eruptions, solar flares, blackouts, murders and there is so much more that I can say, but I will not at this time. You and I are the remnant people and the word for us this New Year is to follow hard after Jesus, stay away from sin or else it will swallow you up. Go to church every time the doors open, read your word, give and support the good works of God, be a helper to the poor or those less fortunate than you, pray without ceasing, team up with a good work of prayer and help pray for the lost and our nation and many other needs. Be at peace, our Jesus will see about us and never leave us or forsake us. As things shake on every side around us, we will stand on the rock—Jesus is our keeping grace. “Even so then at this present time also there is a remnant according to the election of grace." Covetousness--The Hidden Sin Of The Heart

In I Kings 21:1-2, it reads, “And it came to pass after these things, that Naboth the Jezreelite had a vineyard, which was in Jezreel, hard by the palace of Ahab king of Samaria. And Ahab spake unto Naboth, saying, Give me thy vineyard, that I may have it for a garden of herbs, because it is near unto my house: and I will give thee for it a better vineyard than it; or, if it seem good to thee, I will give thee the worth of it in money.” Now Naboth had some land and Ahab, the king of Samaria, his neighbor, looked over unto his vineyard and coveted after this choice piece of land and asked Naboth to name his price for that piece of property or if he wanted, the King could give him a better vineyard in exchange. But Naboth answered Ahab, “…The Lord forbid it me, that I should give the inheritance of my fathers unto thee.” I Kings 21:3. In other words, Naboth refused the King’s offer. He was not interested in parting with his land for money or for that matter, any kind of deal that Ahab would try to make would not sway him or change his mind to part with his vineyard. Then in verse 4 we read, “And Ahab came into his house heavy and displeased because of the word which Naboth the Jezreelite had spoken to him: for he had said, I will not give thee the inheritance of my fathers. And he laid him down upon hid bed, and turned away his face, and would eat no bread.” Ahab became depressed, losing his appetite and motivation because he could not have what belonged to another man! As a matter of fact he got sick and went to bed and turned his face to the wall. Ahab had a problem with an evil spirit of covetousness. What is coveting? Coveting is an inordinate desire to obtain and possess, greatly wishing and longing for some supposed good.

In Exodus 20, we read that the Ten Commandments of God were given to Israel, and today those same commandments are given unto us as the people of God here in AMERICA. The first stone tablet given to Moses at Mt. Sinai listed the first five commandments which instruct and teach us on how to keep a right standing relationship with God so His blessing, protection, peace, and goodness can flow into our lives. Without God’s blessings and the Blood of Jesus upon our lives we will wander aimlessly in this life on a course of destruction. The second set of the five commandments teach and instruct us on how to keep a right standing relationship with our neighbor or fellowman so we can live a harmonious and peaceful life with others. On this second tablet of stone along with thou shalt not kill, commit adultery, steal, or bear false witness against thy neighbor is another commandment which we tend to easily overlook. “Thou shalt not covet thy neighbor’s house, thou shalt not covet thy neighbor’s wife, nor his manservant, nor his maidservant, nor his ox, nor his ass, nor anything that is thy neighbors.” Exodus 20:17. To covet thy neighbor’s house, his wife, his man or maidservant, his ox, or anything that is thy neighbor’s is to desire that which is unlawful to obtain or possess because it does not belong to us, but rather to our neighbor!

COVETING IS AN EVIL DESIRE

Coveting after what belongs to a neighbor is an evil desire and will lead us to the sin of breaking another commandment, thou shalt not steal. COVETOUSNESS, THE HIDDEN SIN OF THE HEART, works right along with the SIN OF ENVY and JEALOUSY. It will subtly drive the individual to work evil of the heart to acquire something that does not belong to him. Depending on the measure of this sinful iniquity in a person’s heart, covetousness works along with “EVIL EYE”, and will pull like a magnet and end up with something that belongs to someone else - a form of witchcraft. Some will go as far as praying an evil travail to get what they want. Please, read carefully this next sentence. Yes, the Lord teaches us in His word that He will give us the desire of a pure heart, but that desire should stay within the boundaries of righteousness and godliness and in no way break the tenth commandment or for that matter any commandment given to us by Him. Let us read on about Naboth in verses 5-7 “But Jezebel his wife came to him, and said unto him, Why is thy spirit so sad, that thou eatest no bread? And he said unto her, Because I spake unto Naboth the Jezreelite, and said unto him, Give me thy vineyard for money; or else, if it please thee, I will give thee another vineyard for it: and he answered, I will not give thee my vineyard. And Jezebel his wife said unto him, Dost thou now govern the kingdom of Israel? arise, and eat bread, and let thine heart be merry: I will give thee the vineyard of Naboth the Jezreelite.”

Now we see that Jezebel, Ahab’s wife, stepped into the picture and really knew how to stir up that husband. She looked at him lying in the bed, moping and depressed because he couldn’t have his way. In disgust, she reminds him to not forget that he is the King of Israel and he can have whatever he wants, even if it means taking Naboth’s vineyard by force. She tells him to get out of that bed, eat, and be merry because she is going to get that land for him. We began to see here that Jezebel works right along with the sin of covetousness and will work and weave her plan until she gets what she wants.

SPIRIT OF JEZEBEL

Today, we can say that the Spirit of Covetousness works in conjunction with the Spirit of Jezebel and it is not necessarily always a female, but can also work in males. Control, covetousness, envy, jealousy, and witchcraft work with the Jezebel spirit. Jezebel also hates the true Elijah prophets and will try to hunt them down and kill them. Why? Because the true “Elijah Anointing” will confront and expose Jezebel and Ahab’s schemes.

Today, these evil spirits of Covetousness and Jezebel run rampant in our nation and in our churches. Because of this Evil Spirit of Covetousness, families, homes, marriages, businesses, friendships, Pastors, and Churches are many times destroyed every year. Jezebel is allowed to sit comfortably and work her “Evil Schemes” cleverly and secretly while she overthrows, takes, and steals without firing a shot that anyone can hear. Although Jezebel is clever and slick, she cannot hide from the God of Heaven or the True Prophets of the Lord.

COVETOUSNESS BLINDS

AND DECEIVES

Over the years I’ve seen the tenth commandment broken by the Jezebel spirit of the world and in churches. In one particular incident that I can recall, a divorced Christian woman entered a church and everyone loved and sympathized with her unfortunate circumstance of being a single mom. At this time, there was a happily married couple in the church. The husband was a loving, affectionate man with his wife. This woman began to eye that relationship and began first to only desire an affectionate husband like that church woman. But church, that evil spirit of covetousness, a hidden sin of the heart, has no pureness nor knows no boundaries when entertained and given room in our mind and heart.

Something happens to that mind that causes the person to become deceived into thinking that they can take someone else’s property. The Pastor of that flock began to see her eye that couple in excess and then he noticed that she began to hang around more and more with that couple. Then, this Pastor began to see her look at this brother with a lusting desire. This Pastor knew that there was a “Spiritual Danger” and he could not allow this marriage to be broken up right under his nose by Jezebel. This was his flock, and his responsibility was to protect the flock and confront this Jezebel wearing the cloak of covetousness.

JEZEBEL IS SCHEMING

As he exposed the evil schemes of this woman and confronted her about her secret motivations, she glared at him with such hatred and would have struck him if it had not been for the protection of the Holy Ghost that restrained her. She angrily shouted, “I’m entitled to some happiness and God wants me to have a mate and I love this man – he’s mine!”

Somehow the evil spirit of covetousness had taken over her heart, blinding and convincing her that the evil desire to take a husband away from a good wife and the father of those children was justified because she was entitled to happiness. She had been standing and singing songs to the Lord, fellowshipping with the saints, gaining everyone’s support while breaking the tenth commandment: thou shalt not covet thy neighbor’s wife (or neighbor’s husband).

The Pastor spoke firmly, informing her that, yes, we are all entitled to happiness in the kingdom of God but not at the expense of breaking up a marriage and stealing another woman’s husband and shipwrecking the lives of innocent children. She was asked to repent and change her heart; but she would not and left. Church, Christians do this all the time and the spirit of covetousness goes undetected by leadership, not knowing that this kind of sin will cause them to miss heaven and inherit hell.

JEZEBEL STEALS

I’ve also seen the Evil Spirit of Covetousness tear up and split churches. A good example of Jezebel in action – Someone coveted another man’s pulpit and before long that pastor lost his zeal for teaching and preaching the Word of God. He gets up in the pulpit one Sunday morning and suddenly announces that he is leaving the ministry. Some will wonder what happened – covetousness, evil travail, and Jezebel worked hand in hand to put him out.

Yet another example – And then there is someone with a covetous heart that eyes the tithes and offerings of a particular church – pretty soon there is a split and church members leave to follow the new leader. We ask, what happened? Again, covetousness and Jezebel just killed a shepherd’s dream and stole the sheep entrusted to him by God. With no shame, remorse, or compassion, Jezebel walks away happily to start her work with the “Stolen Goods” that belonged to another shepherd. Or if Jezebel can’t take it from you, you can be sure she will tear it up before she leaves, unless she is exposed.

Saints, our Lord Jesus taught us the way of HOLINESS and RIGHTEOUSNESS and WILL NOT BLESS EVIL. Covetousness works along with an evil eye and WE MUST REPENT and GET RID OF THIS SIN and NOT ALLOW Satan TO USE US as a pawn in his hand.

JEZEBEL’S EVIL PLAN

Our Lord Jesus pointed out unto us in Mark 7:21-23, “For from within, out of the heart of men, proceed evil thoughts, adulteries, fornications, murders, thefts, covetousness, wickedness, deceit, lasciviousness, an evil eye, blasphemy, pride, foolishness: All these evil things come from within, and defile the man.” Covetousness is a Sin that defiles a person. Jezebel made her evil plans to get the vineyard for her husband by hiring two men who were the sons of Belial to murder Naboth, an innocent man. We read in I Kings 21:15-16, “And it came to pass, when Jezebel heard that Naboth was stoned, and was dead, that Jezebel said to Ahab, Arise, take possession of the vineyard of Naboth the Jezreelite, which he refused to give thee for money: for Naboth is not alive, but dead. And it came to pass, when Ahab heard that Naboth was dead, that Ahab rose up to go down to the vineyard of Naboth the Jezreelite, to take possession of it.”

Yes, Jezebel delivered to Ahab the vineyard of Naboth, his neighbor whom she had murdered. There was just one thing that Jezebel and Ahab had not counted on. “And the word of the Lord came to Elijah the Tishbite, saying, Arise, go down to meet Ahab king of Israel, which is in Samaria: behold, he is in the vineyard of Naboth, whither he is gone down to possess it. And thou shalt speak unto him saying, Thus saith the Lord, Hast thou killed, and also taken possession? And thou shalt speak unto him, saying, Thus saith the Lord, In the place where dogs licked the blood of Naboth shall dogs lick thy blood, even thine. And Ahab said to Elijah, Hast thou found me, O mine enemy? And he answered, I have found thee: because thou hast sold thyself to work evil in the sight of the Lord. Behold, I will bring evil upon thee, and will take away thy posterity…” I Kings 21:17-21. Further in verse 23 it reads, “And of Jezebel also spake the Lord, saying, The dogs shall eat Jezebel by the wall of Jezreel.” Yes, Scheming Jezebel had not counted on the Mighty God looking down from heaven on her “Evil Doings”. In other words, the God of Heaven sent a message to Ahab and Jezebel – You have spilled innocent blood and I saw you murder Naboth. You will reap what you have sowed and your judgement shall be death. Today, in the kingdom we have to Kill the Spirit of Jezebel and Covetousness through Sincere Repentance.

JEZEBEL HATES ELIJAH

Jezebel hates the true prophets of the Lord and wants to kill them, but as we read the complete account of Jezebel’s story we know that she was killed by the wall of Jezreel; just as God had said, the dogs licked her blood. Today, much is preached about evil, controlling Jezebels (women) who are called into the ministry. Now we know that Jezebel was an evil woman, but not every woman who is called to the ministry is a Jezebel. Just because a woman is called with the gift to administrate, govern, and lead does not make her a Jezebel in control.

Let us quickly look at Deborah, the Prophetess, who was raised up not by man but rather by God’s Hand, as an executive leader over Israel. She was a holy woman, a ruler (gift of rule) or judge over Israel. The Bible says that Deborah judged Israel from under the palm tree. It does not say that her husband sat next to her under that palm tree to properly cover her. This tells us something about her Godly character. Out in the open, in full view of all, she judged Israel. She was not going to bring any reproach to the name of God or her husband. Deborah was the wife of Lapidoth, but that’s all we know about her husband. He is mentioned only once in Judges 4:4, “And Deborah, a prophetess, the wife of Lapidoth, she judged Israel at that time.”

Deborah was a married woman called of God with a nation at heart – a nation that was being oppressed by Sisera and his nine hundred chariots of iron. Deborah went out in the battlefield, not with her husband, but rather with Barak, her brother in the Lord and peer, who was another of Israel’s commanders and together they fought the battle.

DEBORAH – A BATTLE MAIDEN

As a matter of fact, Barak told Deborah that he would not go out to the battlefield without her. Did this make Barak a coward, less of a man? No. Did this make Deborah insubordinate to her husband and out of his covering as a wife? No. What this tells us is that Deborah had her husband’s blessing and he had also recognized her God-given call and released her up to that call. Deborah was officiating as God’s Warrior and Prophetess directed by the Spirit of the Lord. He obviously loved his wife and there was perfect trust between them. I truly believe that in the role as wife she was covered by her husband because they were in unity about her call. But her office as Prophetess was covered by God who initially called her from her mother’s womb. All Prophets are sanctified and called from the mother’s womb. It is not something they find along the road of life or choose as we would choose a career today. Her accountability in her office was to God and then earthly peers such as Barak, who also was a God-called military leader whom she worked with for the purpose of saving Israel.

Now women should be covered by their husbands (if married) which means that they are in submission to those husbands. If Lapidoth would have not blessed his wife and released her up to the Lord, she would then have been out of order and could be compared to a “Controlling Jezebel” and insubordinate to that husband. What would we have said about Deborah in our modern day church thinking? Would we say – Deborah your husband should be the head and you are out of order - because she was doing the commanding related to her position in the ministry and office of prophetess? Would we have thought she was also running around in the field with a man that was not her husband? Remember, Deborah was a Mature, Proven Prophetess and a Holy Woman entrusted by God as His Oracle and Leader.

FIERY SCHOOL OF HOLINESS

I can recall years ago, when the Lord began to prepare me for ministry. Oh, what a Fiery School of Holiness He put me in. The Lord began to send me out to minister and I was terrified to be labeled by the Christian Community of that day as a Jezebel who was trying to usurp her authority over the men. But my God was calling and I had to obey. My husband gave me his blessing and released me to go do the work of the Lord. I remember one day I was going to my first speaking engagement. My husband was just coming into the things of the Lord and I kept waiting for him to come into the bedroom so he could pray for me and give me his blessing. I wanted everything to be in perfect order. I was getting a little frustrated because he was not coming to do what I thought he should do. As I looked out the window of my bedroom, his head was under the hood and it appeared that he was checking the oil in the car; therefore, I said, “Okay, Lord, you bless and anoint me,” and I knelt down, bowed my head, and raised my hands to the God of Heaven.

As soon as I was finished I heard the front door slam and Jose, my husband, called me and said, “Wife, come let us pray that God be with you this day and bless you.” God settled a matter with me that day – that only God can call an office, and only God can anoint that position, and an earthly husband’s rightful role is only over her as his wife. Yes, I submitted to him as my husband, but his authority was not over the office of God that the Lord had placed me in. At that time, my husband was just coming into the things of the Lord and had very limited knowledge of the Word of God; therefore, God gave me several precious brothers who were Pastors and Brother Baraks to me, so to speak. These Pastors were my Friends, Ministry Advisors, and later one of them became my Pastor until my husband grew in the Lord enough to know about spiritual matters.

Today, Jose, My Husband is a Pastor, Ministry Advisor to the Ministry and we have become co-workers together in the Gospel! Today, there are women still called as Deborah’s, Warriors, and Commanders with the Pure Motive of a Nation at Heart. To God be the Glory!

"Praying, The Will Of The Father"

Dear Praying Friends, What is the will of the Father in a given prayer situation? How can you be sure that you are not praying your will and off into soulish praying? What is soulish praying? Sometimes when a vessel is not thoroughly clean and lacks heavenly wisdom, he will begin to pray out of lusts, wrong motives, and selfish desires. He will pray out of the soulish (mind) realm and not from the heart of the Father. He will begin to pray his will in a prayer situation and not stop to seek the Father's will. This tells us that this is not a Holy God’s way of accomplishing His will in us. God will never violate a man’s free will. He showed us frankly and openly His Word of truth, either through the Bible or through a servant that told us about salvation, deliverance, etc., and we were allowed to choose freely. If we are to be His true representatives, then we need to walk in His statutes and commandments and that includes righteous motives in our life of prayer. Sometimes without much thought, it is easy to set up ourselves as an authority over that situation and feel that a particular outcome would be the best way for the Father to handle that situation, and we begin to pray in our will. Being on the end of receiving dozens of prayer calls and asked to pray and agree with prayer needs, I feel that the Lord is directing me by His Spirit to admonish you with some truth, so that we can be corrected in an area that is sometimes easily violated by pray-ers, either by the lack of knowledge or plain ignorance. Some prayer examples are as follows:

PRAYER EXAMPLE #1

A pray-er called and said, “I believe my oldest daughter’s time has come to marry, but the boy she is now dating is not the one for her. The Lord has shown me who she is to marry. Let’s pray that God break up this relationship.” As a parent we may see things in our children’s lives that are a hindrance; and it is our duty to pray, direct, and guide them with words of wisdom and love. I don’t believe; however, that we have to try to force God’s hand and pray for Him to break up the relationship. Is He not the God that fashioned the heavens, great in counsel, and mighty in work; “…for thine eyes are open upon all the ways of the sons of men: to give every one according to his ways, and according to the fruit of his doings.” Jeremiah 32:19. Righteous Praying #1 – “God bless, direct, and guide my daughter. Give her the young man of your choice. Father, I commit this situation to You, to work out what is best for her and this young man.” Let’s not be guilty of meddling with the will of the Father.

PRAYER EXAMPLE #2

A pray-er called and wanted prayer for someone on their job who was causing them much discomfort. The request was to pray the someone causing them the discomfort out of the job so the pray-er could work in peace. Now this seems like the easy thing to do. I am sure this other person has a family, children, wife, and bills to pay. The answer is never praying the problem away, but dealing in the love of Christ with the problem. All successful relationships are based on love, harmony, and good communication skills in Christ. Could it be possible that the person is in our path for a reason? Possibly to smooth out the rough edges of our character? Sometimes the very things in our path that are uncomfortable will be the very things needed for us to grow up in the stature of our Lord Jesus Christ – like loving the unlovable. Matt. 5:44 says, “But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you.” Here, the Word of God says “do well”. Are we doing well when we try to pray someone out of a job? Righteous Praying #2 - Our prayer could possibly be Father, bless my co-worker and work your kindness and love into his heart. Make me patient and enduring and let him see the love of Jesus in me.”

PRAYER EXAMPLE #3

Some pray-ers called and stated that they felt the leadership in their church was not doing what they thought they should be doing. Again the prayer request was a request to get the leadership to do things their way – dominating and manipulating in prayer was evident. When God raises up a man or woman in authority, He gives them a mantle of authority. God gives this man or woman His plan to accomplish His purpose and goals to bring His kingdom work to pass. When you start coming against a person in authority in soulish prayer, you are on shaky ground; they are God’s representatives. Even David would not come against evil Saul, he had enough compassion and wisdom to not touch this man who at one time had been God’s anointed. Righteous Praying #3 - If you feel those in leadership are in error or sin, begin to pray and ask God to bring them into the truth. Have mercy upon them. There is no need to pray our will upon them. God who is Almighty and sees all will deal His measure of correction to their disobedience. II Samuel 22:25-28 says, “Therefore the Lord hath recompensed me according to my righteousness; according to my cleanness in his eye sight. With the merciful thou wilt shew thyself merciful, and with the upright man thou wilt shew thyself upright. With the pure thou wilt shew thyself pure; and with the froward thou wilt shew thyself unsavoury. .And the afflicted people thou wilt save: but thine eyes are upon the haughty, that thou mayest bring them down.”

PRAYER EXAMPLE #4

A pray-er needed prayer agreement to speak destruction by fire on a worldly bar building that was a sore thumb in a particular community. Did we ever stop and think about the person who owns this work of darkness? The reason that he is involved in the works of darkness is because he is a lost person. He is a human being with great potential for salvation and prayer. Righteous Praying #4 - Would it not be better to pray for that man’s salvation so that he can come to the saving knowledge of the Lord Jesus Christ? What if people were hurt inside the building while our “destruction of fire” prayer came to pass? Would it not be better to pray that God turn the building into a church for the Glory of God? In Luke 9:54-56 the apostles were upset because Jesus was not received by some; they said let us call fire down from heaven and destroy them. Jesus told them He came to save men’s lives not to destroy them. This was a lack of maturity on the apostles’ behalf, yet at a later date these very same men were used mightily by God.

PRAYER EXAMPLE #5

A pray-er calling for prayer needed someone that could touch the throne of God with prayer power and was calling us for prayer. In this situation God had showed the pray-er a particular house for rent and told him it was his – the present people living in it were not moving out and the pray-er needed someone to agree with him that this was his house and help him pray the present occupants out so that he could move in. If God has told us something and we know beyond a shadow of a doubt that it is His voice; why do we need to help God out? If He has said it, then He will do it in His time. If we have to keep trying to force God’s hand through prayer to make something happen that God has already spoken, then it’s possible you heard wrong or you are ahead of God and not resting in God. Righteous Praying #5 – The prayer in this case could possibly be: “Righteous Father, I need a place to live and I feel you have showed me a particular place; I now place this request in your hands and know that you will bring your perfect will to pass in your time. Bless the man and family presently living in this house.” Isaiah 55:8-9, “For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, declares the Lord. As the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts.” When a person is in this kind of deception (wrong praying) and can find another person who is in the same error and deception to agree, they begin to pray soulish prayers in agreement, they will see some results, but the power tapped into is in the soulish realm (mind power) and they are deceived that it is God answering their prayers. I have observed several things about individuals involved in soulish prayer – they are in much confusion, they don’t understand why their lives are in such a mess and out of balance. They mistakenly discern self’s voice as the Holy Spirit’s voice. They are usually strong, self-willed individuals with beautiful gifts from God, but will not submit to any kind of authority or training. They will try to dominate, manipulate through prayer their ways of thinking. They always have a scripture to justify their action of prayer. There is limited power in soulish prayer. The thing or situation prayed for will not last or the time will come that the pray-er will wish he had never prayed his will and will begin to pray something else that he now thinks will bring the solution. This puts the pray-er in an endless cycle of having to constantly pray soulishly to keep and control what he thinks is best for him or others. The Lord is looking for vessels of prayer that He can move through so He can demonstrate His prayer power and glory. He does not want to be a chess piece in our life that we can move as we see fit, but He wants us to be a chess piece in His Holy Hand so He can direct our lives for His Glory. In the book of Malachi there are thirty-two sins mentioned: some are irreverence, dishonoring God, disrespect and deception. When we bring God down to our soulish level and try to manipulate His power of prayer for our own selfish means or desires we are dishonoring a Holy God. We are also in deception and showing disrespect by trying to undermine God’s ways and principles for our selfish desires. Who are we to dictate to God our methods and ways? Is He not the God that created the heavens; hangs the sun, moon, and stars in the sky? He created the intricate anatomy of our physical bodies. Isaiah 40:12, 15, says, “Who hath measured the waters in the hollow of his hand, and meted out heaven with the span, and comprehended the dust of the earth in a measure, and weighed the mountains in scales, and the hills in a balance.” V 15 “Behold, the nations are as a drop of a bucket, and are counted as the small dust of the balance: behold, he taketh up the isles as very little thing.” Your question now can be how do we pray?

JESUS OUR BEST EXAMPLE

Our best example is to look at Jesus in Chapter 17 of John and see how He prayed. Verse 9 “I pray for them: I pray not for the world, but for them which thou hast given me; for they are thine.” Verse 11 “And now I am no more in the world, but these are in the world, and I come to thee. Holy Father, keep through thine own name those whom thou hast given me, that they may be one, as we are.” Jesus prayed for the keeping and oneness of all believers. He also prayed in much respect. If anyone could have been in a chummy relationship with the Father it could have been Jesus, yet with much respect He said, “Holy Father”, and then He prayed for close communion between us and the father. In verse 13 He prayed that they might have joy. In verse 15 He prayed for the Father not to take them out of the world, but to keep them from all evil. You know Jesus could have prayed that God keep them from all the evil. He could have said, “Father, I want them with me so we can be in glory land together.” Let us not be hasty to pray a person in or out of a situation. Let us pray in wisdom like Jesus did. Let us not try to pray all the mountains away from that person, but on the other hand let us pray that God give him the strength and wisdom on how to remove mountains in Jesus’ name. Someone once said, “Do not pray for easy lives, but pray to be stronger men. Do not pray for tasks equal to your power, pray for power equal to your tasks.” In verse 17 Jesus prayed for their sanctification, Verse 21 He prayed for the unity, and in verse 25 He prayed that true love dwell in them. In Matthew 26:39 Jesus prayed, “…Oh my Father, if it be possible, let this cup pass from me: nevertheless not as I will but as thou wilt.” What is God’s will? The word of God tells us it is God’s will to meet our physical needs as well as give us our daily bread, save us, heal, and deliver us. But how God chooses to do this is His will and His methods are better than ours. If we limit God by dictating to Him every detail of the answer we are going to limit God in what He can do for us in that situation. I know that we have had much teaching to pray the answer, don’t pray the problem, be specific with God when you bring your needs to Him, but if you are not seeking the Father’s will and discerning the voice that is speaking to you – much confusion and heartache may come our way.

HIS WAY ARE HIGHER

Let’s remember that His ways are higher than our ways. The Holy Spirit impressed on my heart one day the following thought: “I’ve become a pawn in some of my people’s hands – they say this is my desire and now you bring it to pass. God, you perform for me.” They don’t stop to consider that what they are wanting might be harmful for them or others. I know the beginning and end of every situation. They look at my word and say this promise of scripture will apply the magic formula needed to bring this to pass. Beloved of God, some of you have shared and counseled with us that you don’t understand why your life is in confusion and turmoil. You’ve prayed for something, but that only brings more confusion, heartache, and error. There is no fruit to your prayers. Beloved, before you utter another prayer before the God of heaven stop and ask the Father what is His will in the prayer situation, then listen quietly and pray His will. Let me share these words of wisdom with you – they are not my words of wisdom – but they brought much fruit to my daily walk in prayer. Miracles and answered prayer should be distinguished from the works of magic. In magic the wonder worker himself possesses the formula which causes the alleged result – the alleged supernatural power is controlled by the performer. Compare Exodus 7:11 & 8:7. In miracles and prayer the results depend wholly upon the divine will, and the one who works the miracle is simply an agent for the Lord. If we are guilty of wrong praying let us repent (turn away) and ask God to forgive us of dishonoring Him, irreverence, disrespect, and deception and because we serve a God of love and mercy, He will make us to be in right standing with the father. 1John 1:9 says, “If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.” Praise be to God…His servant hilda arredondo

"NOTHING MORE POWERFUL THAN PRAYER"

Dearest Ministry Friends, I want to Encourage some of "YOU" with this Newsletter. Our Lord has made you some promises concerning your children over the years and He will bring them to pass. HIS FAITHFULNESS NEVER FAILS! Years ago, when my children were much younger and not serving the Lord, the Holy Spirit gave me a word. “Lift up your eyes round about, and see: all they gather themselves together, they come to you: your sons shall come from afar, and your daughters shall be nursed at your side.” Isaiah 60:4. With emphasis on “Thy Daughters Shall Be Nursed At Thy Side”. I wondered how my daughters could possibly nurse at my side when they were way past the nursing stage. I continued to pray for all my children to be saved. I asked friends and many people to join me in that prayer for them. Surely as He promised, my children walked one by one into the church where I was attending and joined me. My daughters eventually came to work with me in the ministry and AT MY SIDE THEY NURSED with THE MILK OF THE WORD. They were at my side for 17 years. Then one day He called them away to prepare them for the ministry of prayer that will be passed on to them when I am no longer here. Debra, my oldest, will take charge with all the other children assisting her in this ministry of prayer. I’m believing for a long and healthy life but nevertheless, these are events that we have to face in our lives and prepare. This newsletter is being dedicated to a NEW THING our God is doing in this NEW SEASON. There are two (2) TESTIMONIES in this Newsletter written by two(2) of my Daughters. I would like to share them with you:

TESTIMONY #1

"THE GREATEST THING"

Recently, I went to see family and was visiting my home church. We began to sing a song that I hadn’t heard for sometime: “The Greatest Thing”. As I began to sing the words of the song I concentrated on what I was saying, “I want to know you, I want to serve you, and I want to love you more.” As a former music minstrel I can remember saying these same exact words many times but not really reflecting on what I was singing, just going through the motions. As I sang, the tears began, they were more than just words, and I now understood them with a whole different meaning. I know things affect us differently on where we are at in the stages of our walk with the Lord. But when I think that the greatest thing in all my life is knowing Jesus and that I want to know Him more it’s so awesome, especially since the Lord spoke of this as part of entering into eternal life with Him. “Then I will give them a heart to know Me, that I am the Lord; and they shall be My people, and I will be their God, for they shall return to Me with their whole heart.” Jeremiah 24:7 (NKJV). As the song goes on it says “Serve Him”. When we serve God we grow in godliness, the more we grow the better we will be able to serve Him as He deserves; then we can serve others because we know that this is the greatest form of pure love that we can give. In Deuteronomy 13:4 it says, “It is the Lord your God you must follow, and him you must revere. Keep his commands and obey him; serve him and hold fast to him.” In the final verse it says “Love Him”: "...you shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your mind, and with all your strength. This is the first commandment." Mark 12:30. We have the privilege as Christians to Love God. It’s a choice of obedience. He unselfishly died for us that we may live a life not to fulfill our own needs, but rather the needs of others and to be an example to those who don’t know the saving grace of our Father in heaven. Lord I pray that my words may always be full of grace and pleasing to You. When I proclaim Your greatness and spread Your Word, I do what is pleasing in Your sight. Help me that I might forever do what You want me to because the Greatest Thing in all my Life is Knowing You...

TESTIMONY #2

"A CLOSER WALK WITH JESUS"

How wonderful it is to know Jesus for 21 years! Our spiritual relationship with the Lord grows deep and matures over time and for the last 5 years God’s had me walking closer to Him more than ever before. The more I commune with the Lord I am fed and nourished by His Word which allows me to understand the true walk of faith and not be hindered or moved by what I see in the natural. (2 Corinthians 5:7) It’s exciting to see God move in our lives once we get out of the driver’s seat so to speak. He’s been teaching and speaking to my heart unfolding daily lessons in the areas of Prayer, His Characteristics, Scripture, Faith, Giving and Obedience. Everything is a lesson and if you listen close enough you’ll learn something and pass your test. He is the teacher and we are the students. We must raise our hands to Jesus and let Him give us the ANSWER for every situation, circumstance, and decision made in our lives. No shortcuts or trying to figure out a better way or maybe a back-up plan just in case God doesn’t do it the way we feel He should. “For you, God, tested us; you refined us like silver.” Psalm 66:10 (NIV). We all face the struggles and uncertainties that everyday life brings our way—but with God’s help and the renewing of our minds (His way of thinking) we can overcome the enemy and be victorious. We must completely, unconditionally, without any reservations put our trust and faith in Jesus; releasing our agenda’s, children, husbands, wives, relationships, marriages, finances, etc. The Lord is Faithful to take care of us and meet our needs (spiritually, physically, mentally and financially). Trust that Father God knows best--He is always working behind the scenes - His timing is always perfect! "… no good thing will He withhold, from them that walk uprightly." Psalms 84:11.

AN ANSWER TO PRAYER: A couple of weeks ago my husband and I started putting a little money aside for a special weekend. We were diligent about saving because we didn’t want to take from the money we needed to meet the financial obligations of our household. Our intentions were to save and add a little bit every week and then when it was time we would have what we needed. Then 2 days ago, I received a call to pray for a brother in the Lord who was suffering with much pain in his body and taken to the emergency room. I prayed that it wouldn’t be anything serious and that the Lord be merciful to him and heal him. The good report is that it wasn’t serious and with medication he would be good as new in a few days. Thank you Jesus! “For my thoughts are not your thoughts, Nor are your ways My ways, says the LORD.” Isaiah 55:8.

PROVISION FOR OUR NEEDS: “And they that know thy name will put their trust in thee: for thou, LORD, hast not forsaken them that seek thee.” Psalm 9:10. Now, this brother was in between paychecks and only had $12 to his name. When I spoke to him I could hear the burden he was carrying over the lack of finances that he needed to purchase the medications prescribed by the physician. And to make the situation worse, he couldn’t go back to work until he was better. I felt a “test” coming--the Lord was already speaking to my heart to help him out; nevertheless, I didn’t mention anything to him. As I was talking with him my mind was racing, trying to figure out how I could help him financially. The only extra money I had was the money I’d saved for our “Special Outing” and at that point who knows if that would be enough considering how expensive prescriptions are these days. Well, he said he was going home and would try and figure something out and we left it at that. Within a matter of minutes he called me back in tears. TEARS OF JOY! He said that he walked into the pharmacy to just see what the medications ran and when he was quoted a price it was ridiculously high and started to walk away from the counter and the pharmacist said, “Wait, do you have insurance?” He said, “Yes, I do.” The pharmacist checked and with his discount the order came to $12.14. The brother shook his head with disappointment, He said, “I only have $12.00.” The pharmacist said, “Don’t worry about it, I got it, I will take care of the difference.” He filled the order, Praise God, and gave it to him. When he finished sharing his testimony with me we both rejoiced, and then realized he didn’t know how he would make it till payday. It took all the money he had to fill the prescription but he was thankful to the Lord for meeting his need.

GOD REWARDS US: The Lord laid it upon my heart to bless him with the $12 that he started with and give him another $12 on top of that. I kept that thought to myself and at that time of the day neither one of us had a vehicle to do anything. So I waited till my husband got home from work and told him what took place that day and we were both in agreement to bless him “Double” for his trouble. I knew then; that the Lord had me saving that little extra not for our own personal need but to be a witness and help this brother out. You see, God’s been trying to prove himself to him and to me. The Lord wanted to see if I would put into action what He had been teaching me. Jesus spoke very loudly to my heart. He said, “You must release the finances you saved for yourself to meet the need of your brother.” “Tell them to do good, to be rich in the good things they do, to be generous, and to share with others.” 1 Timothy 6:18. Within 24 hours exactly of helping that brother we received 2 unexpected checks in the mail from out of state. Father God returned it to us and then some. “…knowing that whatever good anyone does, he will receive the same from the Lord.” Ephesians 6:8. When He speaks to our hearts how blessed we are for trusting and obeying Him. Trials strengthen us and build our faith; they make us stronger and more powerful than any mountain that comes our way. We give Glory, Honor and Praise to Jesus. Thank you Lord for giving me the strength to pass my “Test”. “O Lord, thou art my God; I will exalt thee, I will praise thy name; for thou hast done wonderful things; thy counsels of old are faithfulness and truth.” Isaiah 25:1.

Dear Ministry Friends…Thank you for all the prayers you pray for me and my family. Thank you for all that you do to help me keep our work of prayer moving forward. "THE WATCHMAN

DECLARES WHAT HE SEES"

n September the 29th of this year, the "Feast of Trumpets" will be celebrated by the Jewish community all over the world. Trumpets Announce The Upcoming Day Of Atonement, the Feast of Tabernacles, and most important, they announce the beginning of a New Year. The Ten Days of Atonement would move God’s People into Repentance and Cleansing. The tenth day was the final day of "Judging their Hearts" and Repentance. This day was known as Yom Kippur. Depending on the sincerity of their repentance during these 10 days of cleansing, the DAY OF ATONEMENT could bring destruction and hurt or reward and blessing. The Feast of Tabernacles Announced the Great and Final Harvest of the Year—a Season of Giving and Great Rejoicing. God commanded Israel to celebrate the natural feast each year. The Lord has REVEALED to me as I have studied the feast over the years that Christians Celebrate the same but they are SPIRITUAL FEASTS of the Lord when we come into His kingdom. Each SPIRITUAL FEAST has a wonderful measure of glory, and each measure of glory is greater than the former. Most Christians are not familiar with the feasts; therefore, they are in the dark about them and do not understand the spiritual application of them to their lives. Annually, the feasts speak spiritual things to us and announce what we can expect in the "NEW SEASONS" we are moving into. I look forward to this time every year because I Hear the Voice of God Speaking Profoundly To My Heart. “Prepare the table, watch in the watchtower, eat, drink: arise, ye princes, and anoint the shield. For thus hath the Lord said unto me, Go, set a watchman, let him declare what he seeth.” Isaiah 21:5-6. The Lord has placed WATCHMEN ON THE WALL of this Nation, to WATCH BY THE SPIRIT and declare to the Body of Christ what they see! May I declare to you what I have seen by the Holy Spirit? As the Trumpets Blow this September, Announcing the New Year, my Spiritual Eyes are Focused and my Ears are Tuned In on Major Happenings and Events. I knew our God was going to speak. The beginning of a New Spiritual Year is very exciting. Our human nature is to want to know what the New Year holds, and surprisingly enough, the Father in Heaven will give us glimpses by the Holy Spirit into that New Year SO WE CAN PRAY AND AVERT JUDGMENT. Prior to the Feast of Trumpets and during the Feast, I make it a point to be praying more fervently, repenting and watching more intently. By doing so, the Lord reveals to me what kind of year we can expect spiritually on a personal, church, and national level. Over the years I have learned to Reverently Fear The Awesome God. Although I have known him more as a Tender Loving God, who pulled me out of the miry clay and set my feet upon the rock—Jesus, my Saviour; I’m also acquainted with the Chastening Side of my Heavenly Father, and have no desire to know His Judgment Side to the wicked. Therefore, as His own, I have put away wicked things far from me. I can recall one particular time years ago. On Thursday, September 8, 1994 right before the Fall Festivals, I was suddenly awakened in the wee hours of the morning out of a deep sleep. I had been dreaming, and in this dream I saw written in big giant letters, "SEVERE JUDGMENTS". Immediately I thought of Daniel Chapter 5:27. “Thou art weighed in the balances, and art found wanting.” I thought, “Oh, God, THE WRITING IS ON THE WALL.” Later that day, the Holy Spirit instructed me to watch closely what He was going to say, so I could declare to His people. Late that night, as we settled down for the evening, we began to hear reports from the TV about a Terrible Jetliner Crash. The next few days’ Newspapers Flashed Headlines “Jetliner Accident Remains A Mystery”. The story went on to tell how this jetliner went down and crashed, killing all 132 people on board. U.S. Transportation Secretary, Frederick Pena said, “We’re all very much at a loss to explain this accident.” This was years ago, but today in 2011 we can expect SEVERE JUDGMENTS TO THE WICKED IN AMERICA AND AROUND THE WORLD. May I remind you just as we are moving into the New Season (2011) of the Fall Festivals, we’ve already experienced a Hurricane, an Earthquake, Killer Tornadoes and Other Calamities here in America! This is only the beginning of SEVERE WEATHER JUDGMENTS AND OTHER DISASTERS which we can expect IF WE DON'T REPENT!

SEVERE JUDGMENTS UPON AMERICA

n Revelation 1:8, it reads, “I am the Alpha and the Omega, the beginning and the end saith the Lord, which is, and which was, and which is to come, the Almighty.” As Jesus came to judge the seven (7) churches of the book of Revelation, He introduced himself as the Alpha and the Omega. Today we could say in plainer language for the purpose of clearer understanding, I’m the A and the Z or the first and last. Some of God’s prophets are like spiritual detectives looking for those spiritual nuggets. This jetliner fell out of the sky and went down at Aliquippa, PA. It is no coincidence that the location (Aliquippa) begins with the letter A. The date was September 8, 1994. The number 8 is the number of beginnings, but here in this happening it means “New Beginning”. I declare that God is beginning a NEW SEASON of SEVERE JUDGMENTS to the wicked. Holy numerics, connected with events that send signals to the watchmen by the Holy Spirit, are very revealing. The Flight number of the jet that went down was 427. The sum of 427 is thirteen (13). Thirteen is the number of sin, rebellion, and depravity. In Mark 7:21 it says, “For from within, out of the heart of men, proceed evil thoughts, adulteries, fornications, murders, thefts, covetousness, wickedness, deceit, lasciviousness, and evil eye, blasphemy, pride, foolishness:…” There are thirteen (13) different types of sins mentioned in this verse of scripture. America’s wicked are corrupt with these types of sins, and they are to be found everywhere including the Church of Jesus Christ! The article further reads, “At about 6,000 feet, with both engines operating, the plane apparently rolled to the left in an abnormal way, according to preliminary information from a flight data recorder.” There were 132 people on board on this jetliner. The sum of 132 is six (6) and 132 divided by two (2) equals sixty-six (66). The number sixty-six (66) is the number that represents image or idol worship. “Yes, America, SEVERE JUDGMENTS have come upon you because of your idolatry and image worship, and they will continue unless you repent!” Prayer Warrior, please continue to pray. It has been seventeen years since this plane crash and there have been many since. The judgments have escalated and we can expect some of the same severe judgments ahead for 2011. The judgment is upon the land because of our sin, rebellion, and idolatry. Also, there will be a crime wave judgment break forth upon the children. Cover your little children with the blood of Jesus so they can be safe. “And I gave her space to repent of her fornication; and she repented not. Behold, I will cast her into a bed, and them that commit adultery with her into great tribulation, except they repent of their deeds. And I will kill her children with death; and all the churches shall know that I am He who searcheth the reins and hearts and I will give unto every one of you according to your works.” Revelation 2:21-23.

THE AWESOME GOD JUDGES

he Holy Spirit had spoken clearly to me the Father’s heart on judgment to the wicked by watching the Feast of Trumpets. But He wasn’t done speaking! Now, I began, with awesome anticipation, to look toward the Day of Atonement, which would fall on September 29th. There are ten (10) days known as the AWESOME DAYS between the Feast of Trumpets and The Day of Atonement. These ten (10) days between the two feasts are especially for the people that are neither wicked nor wholly righteous, (we could say “the lukewarm”), a time to make up their mind to follow hard after Jesus. “I know thy works, that thou art neither cold nor hot: I would thou wert cold or hot. So then because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spue thee out of my mouth…” Revelation 3:15-19. The Holy Spirit said, “Watch for the USA Today national news.” As I looked in the newspaper bins, I suddenly stopped in my tracks, and behold, a holy judgment was unfolding before my very eyes. The headlines read, “SEASON ENDS, ‘95 in doubt”. I thought, “Yes, Yes, Lord, I hear, but many in your church are in the dark about what you are declaring in this hour; but your watchmen are not. IT IS TIME FOR THE RIGHTEOUS TO PRAY! We hear what you are saying and we will declare it for your namesake!” The headlines, “SEASON ENDS”, was referring to the old spiritual year, (1994); “but 95 in doubt” referred to the New Year 1995 coming in, and it’s in doubt! I started weeping as I read further n the headlines, “Going, Going, and Gone! Baseball shreds tradition and cancels first World Series Game in 90 years. The World Series was last cancelled in 1904”. I wasn’t crying because the World Series was cancelled, but because 1995 was in doubt. To me, this meant “Good News Of Mercy”. When something is “In Doubt”, it means it is not final; there is still a chance for our nation if she will repent of her sinful idolatry. The Holy Spirit said, “Declare my message and don’t be afraid to speak for me, I’m going to judge sports in America!” Many of the American people, including some in the church, have made sports a god; therefore, “I have judged the nation’s sports through this happening (Cancellation of World Series).” Today in 2011 we will see an increase of Judgment upon Sports in America. “He who has an ear let him hear what the Spirit of the Lord is saying.”

GOOD NEWS OF MERCY

uddenly, the Holy Spirit reminded me that in 1989, an earthquake shook Candlestick Park in San Francisco, California during the World Series game season and because of this earthquake, the game was postponed, not cancelled. At that time God had spoken to my heart that the American people would rather spend time with baseball over reading their Bible, attending church or spending time in prayer. Parents, especially Dads, would rather teach their children all about baseball and other sports than to teach them all about God and His Word. He made me aware that others eagerly spend money freely on sports and are happy about doing it, but begrudge the House of God of their tithe and offerings. In the book of Revelation, Jesus warned the churches, “Nevertheless, I have somewhat against thee, because thou hast left thy first love”. Remember, therefore from whence thou art fallen, and repent, and do the first works; or else I will come unto thee quickly, and will remove thy candlestick out of his place, except thou repent.” Revelation 2:1-5. As Jesus warned the church of Ephesus, He also warns the modern day church world. Jesus was warning the American people by postponing the World Series in 1989, but America did not listen to Him and ignored His warning and now the World Series (1995) was cancelled. If America does not heed God’s warning in 2011 concerning the idolatry of sports and repent, then the next judgment will be the removing of our candlestick which represents the presence of the Lord. We cannot afford to have the presence of the Lord leave our nation. The Lord is long suffering and merciful and He gives us plenty of time, but time is running out and we must forsake pleasure seeking and build His kingdom instead. If we don’t, our lukewarmness will be judged in the church. IT IS TIME TO REPENT AMERICA!

I WILL REMOVE YOUR CANDLESTICK

ometime back, I heard of a church that brought a Big Screen TV into the church, and instead of having church services, they had popcorn and refreshments. The church and neighboring Christians came to watch the Super Bowl Game! I heard the church was packed out. Prayer Warrior, pray for the people of God; and I say, “Oh, church, how foolish we can get?” We can say, “Oh foolish” Americans, “who hath bewitched you, that ye should not obey the truth…” Galatians 3:1.

WHAT ARE SEVERE JUDGMENTS?

y now you may be asking, I thought we served a loving God and He is, but He will judge this nation or any nation that continues to break His Holy commandments. Your next thought may be, “Explain to me what judgment is.” Judgment is the consequence or sentence pronounced when God’s commandment or laws are broken and will follow only after many ignored warnings from Him. When SEVERE JUDGMENTS fall, they come with the hope of turning the offender back to righteousness. In this case, the U.S., our country has become a constant offender of God’s laws. A wayward (apostate) person or nation will bring upon itself the hurt and destruction of judgment, and because God is a loving God, He will, through SEVERE JUDGMENTS, try to get a person’s or nation’s attention to repent and come back to Jesus so He can bestow His blessing upon them. Your next question may be, “But all those people on that flight 427 are dead and gone. How can that be love and mercy?” There is a time after many merciful warnings that God will not listen. God says in His Word, in Ezekiel 22:30 that He looks for someone to pray. Many times people are not praying and the judgment cannot be averted. “Therefore thus saith the Lord, Behold, I will bring evil upon them, which they shall not be able to escape; and though they shall cry unto me, I will not hearken unto them.” Jeremiah 11:11. The crew on that plane cried out 38 seconds before going down, “Oh, God.” Obviously God didn’t hear; their time had run out and they all died. Prayer Warrior, this flight was a message of Judgment to America. This is God’s way of communicating His final word to this nation’s wicked, whether in the church or elsewhere, before more destruction falls. We must continue to pray that the wicked repent. In the Modern Church there are those that Gossip, Cheat, Lie, Fornicate and Commit Adultery. The SIN of PORNOGRAPHY, ADULTERY and FORNICATION running rampant WILL BE JUDGED IN THE PULPIT AND THE CHURCH IN 2011. MANY are Busy Bodies, Rebellious, and Idolaters; therefore, they are Guilty of Sin and can no longer hide under the cloak of Christianity, but are being called to repent. “For the time is come that judgment must begin at the house of God: and if it first begin at us, what shall the end be of them that obey not the gospel of God?” I Peter 4:17.

AS CHRISTIANS WE HAVE AN ADVOCATE

ne more thought on "Judgment" to help us understand the Awesome Righteous Judge. Let us just think about the laws of the land. If you are driving over the speed limit and you are stopped by an officer of the law, he may warn you if it’s your first time. The next time he sees you speeding he will write you a ticket. Your disobedience of breaking the law is going to cost you your money. The ticket is a form of discipline to your pocketbook (where it hurts); with the hopes that you will stop being an offender. If you become a constant offender, stronger measures must be taken, such as your driving privileges being revoked, or maybe, ending up in jail, which removes you from society as a menace, so to speak. In other cases, the law judges murderers and sends them to the electric chair. This means that they die. Is that because the law officer doesn’t like you personally? I’m sure all of us will quickly answer, no, because we understand that constant offenders must be stopped because of their crime or offence, and their penalty is just. The law was already written before they ever broke it and now they must pay the consequence, or judgment, for breaking those laws. The same goes for us as we turn and sin against God. Now as Christians we have an Advocate. “My little children, these things write I unto you, that ye sin not. And if any man sin, we have an advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous…” 1 John 2:1-7. Many American people are corrupted with sinfulness and they don’t know the Advocate as we do; therefore, the SEVERE JUDGMENTS of God are falling upon them. JESUS CHRIST IS THEIR ONLY HOPE. God will judge wickedness wherever found in this hour. Prayer Warrior, one of your thoughts as you read this article may be what can we do, or is there any hope? Yes! JESUS IS THE HOPE OF THE RIGHTEOUS! We need to repent first and foremost on a personal level if we are guilty of the sins of idolatry. Secondarily, we need to start praying for our families, friends and others who are guilty of the same trespass so they can repent. I believe that I can confidently say that if America does not repent, then we will see much hurt in the sports arena, to those pleasure seeking, people dying in airplane crashes, severe weather judgments and economic collapse this new season. I believe that we will see severe injuries and even more lives may be in jeopardy if we ignore the Lord’s warning. As a Christian, I would be very careful of my excessive involvement with sports and pleasure seeking this upcoming season that they don’t take the place of JESUS in your heart. Instead of being involved in excessive sports and pleasure seeking this New Year, I would say to the church, get on your knees and tell Jesus that you love Him with all your mind, heart and soul. Asking for divine forgiveness and STANDING IN THE GAP for the nation’s idolatrous ways. Now, as Christians we have the blood, but if we continue sinning after God has lovingly warned us to put away the sin, then His Word is clear. “For if we sin wilfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more sacrifice for sins, But a certain fearful looking for of judgment and fiery indignation, which shall devour the adversaries.” Hebrews 10:26-27.

WHAT CAN GOD’S HOLY PEOPLE EXPECT THIS BRAND NEW YEAR IN 2011? We can expect the BEST, MOST JOYOUS, SWEET YEAR IN JESUS, A YEAR OF GREAT RESTORATION, A YEAR OF GREATER HEIGHTS IN PRAYER! A YEAR OF NEW BEGINNINGS WITH GREAT PROSPERITY, DIVINE PROTECTION. A YEAR OF MIRACLES, HEALINGS AND DELIVERANCES. "When You Pray, He Will Listen!

Dearest Ministry Friends, In Jeremiah 29:12, it reads, “Then shall ye call upon me, and ye shall go and pray unto me, and I will hearken unto you.” God’s Holy Word Encourages us to Pray. Without prayer what would we do? Prayer is the "Key" to ALL our problems and our God has ALL the Answers in Jesus’ Name.

The scripture above encourages us to CALL UPON HIM, then GO AND PRAY and HE WILL LISTEN! Our Prayers are Like Incense Rising Unto His Throne. (Revelation 8). They are a Sweet Fragrance Unto His Nostrils. Our God loves us and wants to be a part of our lives by helping us in our everyday situations and needs. Whether our need is small or big, NOTHING IS TOO HARD FOR HIM!

A while back we were working on one of our Special Projects on the Ministry Property and we had a NEED for a Big Bell. I needed this bell and didn't know where to go or where to find one, so along with that prayer I included Psalms 37:23, “The steps of a good man are ordered by the Lord: and He delighteth in his way.”

Not very long after my prayer to the Lord, my Husband and I were out for a drive and decided to stop in this country store to get us some cold drinks. As I walked around the store looking at things, I suddenly bumped “Something” with my foot that was on the floor. To my surprise there was this Beautiful Big Black Bell sitting on the floor, exactly as I had seen it in my heart! The prayer of “My steps are ordered in the Lord” were Answered down to the letter. It was my foot (steps) that bumped the bell. I HAD FOUND MY BELL--it was priced so very reasonable! I purchased it and it is now part of our Subdivision Project. The Lord had a plan for that "Bell" and recently revealed it to me. When the bell is rung (on a daily basis) everybody in the Subdivision at the sound of the bell stops immediately, and begins to Praise God, Raise their Hands to Heaven or Kneel for just a few minutes. We are going to acknowledge the KING OF KINGS AND THE LORD OF LORDS AT THE SOUND OF THE BELL! TO GOD BE THE GLORY!

Another time my husband Jose said, “I need a Refrigerator for the Ministry Work Shop.” After praying, I said, why don’t we go and buy one. He was silent and we just went on with the usual business of the day. Some time later we were at a friend’s house, and his cell phone rang, it was a friend who knew someone that was giving a refrigerator away, and asked Jose if he was in need of one. OUR GOD IS SO GOOD! He is a Wonderful Supernatural God! “For in thee, O Lord, do I hope: thou wilt hear, O Lord my God.” Psalms 38:15.

Our Master and Saviour Jesus taught us the way. He was out in the desert; the whole Account Of This Miracle is written in Mark Chapter 6. There were thousands of hungry people and our Lord Jesus had only five loaves and two fishes. That surely was not enough, but He did something that we must never forget, He Looked Up To Heaven, Blessed The Loaves and the Two Fishes and the MIRACLE was this, and they did all eat and were filled with 12 baskets left over. Little or Big whatever your situation, it is Important to Him, CALL UPON HIM, then GO AND PRAY and HE WILL LISTEN--To Be God Be The Glory! By: hilda arredondo

In Trouble

his prophetic word was given to Prophetess hilda arredondo and released to the body of Christ in the March 2008. Today, right before our eyes, we see many of the events she warned about in this prophecy are coming to pass!

She wrote, “Moving into the New Year (2008) we can see it has begun with much sorrow to the wicked. Yet, you and I as God's children, must draw close to Him and encourage ourselves in His promises. Hebrew 6:18-20 (LB) reads, "...Now all those who flee to him to save them can take new courage when they hear such assurances from God; now they can know without doubt that he will give them the salvation he has promised them. This certain hope of being saved is a strong and trustworthy anchor for our souls, connecting us with God himself behind the sacred curtains of heaven, where Christ has gone ahead to plead for us from his position as our High Priest, with the honor and rank of Melchizedek."

As we look around our nation we can agree that surely this is a time of sorrow and trouble for America. In Ezekiel Chapter 7:1-3, it reads, "Moreover the Word of the Lord came unto me, saying, Also, thou son of man, thus saith the Lord God unto the land of Israel; An end, the end is come upon the four corners of the land. Now is the end come upon thee, and I will send mine anger upon thee, and will judge thee according to thy ways, and will recompense upon thee all thine abominations." Our God was furious to say the least with Israel's abominations. They had stirred up His wrath and He was sending His anger to them saying, whatever direction you look, North, East, South, or West, the four corners of your land is finished! “No hope remains, for I will loose my anger on you for your worshipping of idols.” Ezekiel 7:3. (LB) The Almighty God was sending a message to Israel and notifying them that because of all their abominations He would turn His face away from them and show them no pity. He would repay them in full for their sin of idolatry, and they would know the great "I Am the Lord." The word recompense in the above scripture means, "I will repay you in full." How was He coming to repay Israel? Further in this chapter Ezekiel 7:5-8, it reads, "Thus saith the Lord God; An evil, an only evil, behold is come. An end is come: the end is come: it watcheth for thee; behold, it is come. The morning is come unto thee, O thou that dwellest in the land: the time is come, the day of trouble is near, and not the sounding again of the mountains. Now will I shortly pour out my fury upon thee, and accomplish mine anger upon thee: and I will judge thee according to thy ways, and will recompense thee for all thy abominations." God, in simpler words, was declaring to Israel, "I will repay you with my judgments and this is how I am going to do it: I will pour out my fury," which meant that He would send one blow after another to finish them off. The final doomsday was upon Israel. She would be in anguish and her joy would be gone and all her evil deeds would not go unpunished. Israel had gone their own way and God was not pleased. They had broken covenant and now God was judging them. "The Lord God says: "With one blow after another I will finish you...." Ezekiel 7:5-6

***The Glory Prophet ***

he Lord spoke to them through the Prophet Ezekiel. The anointing that he carried was not to deal with sin in the unsaved, but rather the sin of the church. Ezekiel means "He is strong." God was strong in this anointing. This anointing could not be conjured up or copied. It was a strong anointing that would deal with sin, rebellion, and depravity which is immorality, perversion, and corruption. He was a "Holy of Holies" prophet with the anointing of an “Eleventh Hour Prophet" that rested on him. He was a prophet that had gone through the Fire of God and he carried God's Glory. The Lord would deal with the people of Israel who were deceived into thinking that they had done no wrong and carrying a "Scorpion Nature" to attack and sting those who stood against the "Greasy Grace Message" of that time. These people had lost their way of holiness and righteousness having little or no discernment whatsoever. When John the Baptist in his time came out of the wilderness eating honey and locust, wearing camel's hair raiment and a leather girdle declaring to the people of that day, "Bring forth therefore fruits meet for repentance: And think not to say within yourselves, We have Abraham to our father: for I say unto you, that God is able of these stones to raise up children unto Abraham." Matthew 3:8-9. In other words John the Baptist was saying, you say you are the children of Abraham, if you are, you would bring forth fruit, yet I don't see any fruit nor does the God that I serve. Your lives need to change and reflect Christ. He further warned them that the axe was coming to the roots of the trees; therefore, every tree which does not bring forth good fruit is hewn down and cast into the fire. Church, as we continue to read in the book of Ezekiel, we read about Israel's judgment and many of us may think - how sad! Our next question could be how did they get there? Today, as a modern day watchman, I declare that America is in the same shape and place that Israel was then, and the judgment of God is now upon America. Blow after blow of calamities keep coming because of our disobedience, abominations, and idolatry. Yet, we keep blaming the devil. It is not the devil, but rather our sin and the "Greasy Grace Messages" that have opened up these "Terrible Judgments" upon us. This last month (February 2008), within a seven (7) day period there have been five (5) school shootings, killing and wounding many students in the United States. This is only the beginning of the "death angel judgment" of our young. Today, our schools have been opened up to the "Man in Black" carrying the slaughter weapon in his hand shooting down students. By pushing God out of our modern day schools as we have done, rejecting the Bible, the Ten Commandments, and our God, we have declared NO BLOOD OF JESUS over the door post of our schools. NO TEN COMMANDMENTS, NO BIBLE, or GOD OF THE BIBLE – then NO DIVINE PROTECTION! We have left the door wide open for the "Death Angel Judgment." As Americans, some of us are raising our children in our homes and schools without a Godly education, and as Christians many times we want our children to fit in the kingdom of darkness and at the same time be children of the light. Many Christians allow their children to be involved in most of what the world has to offer and then we wonder why our children are confused. Thank God for the children whose parents are raising them for the Lord Jesus! The prophet further cried in Ezekiel 7:12 (LB), "Yes, the time has come; the day draws near. There will be nothing to buy or sell, for the wrath of God is on the land. And even if a merchant lives, his business will be gone, for God has spoken against all the people of Israel; all will be destroyed. Not one of those whose lives are filled with sin will recover." The Prophet Warned Economic Disaster is surely upon us. A threatening tidal wave of home foreclosures ARE being announced by the economists! Also, the American dollar is quickly dying. Oh, what an economic storm is coming! In Ezekiel 7:19 (LB) it reads, "Throw away your money! Toss it out like worthless rubbish, for it will have no value in that day of wrath. It will neither satisfy nor feed you for your love of money is the reason for your sin." Why? As Israel, we also love material possessions more than we love Him. As Israel, many of us are idolaters and covet modern day "Messages of Prosperity" to feed our idolatry. Tornadoes, which are the Whirlwinds of Destruction, have hit us killing many throughout our nation. Much destruction has followed with the "Wind of Judgment" and blow after blow will continue. In Ezekiel 7:5-6, the Lord God says, "...With one blow after another I will finish you..." Last month over sixty-one (61) people were killed from the tornado blows. The multiple "Death Judgments" are upon us. Just recently a crowd watched some cars drag race in Maryland. Another oncoming car that was not part of the drag racing plowed into the crowd and eight (8) people were killed and six (6) injured. A man opened fire at a city council meeting and killed six (6). This is just the beginning of many incidents of judgment of this nature - multiples of death - much sorrow is on the horizon for America. An explosion in Georgia killed five (5) people and more were missing. This is not a blessing, but rather judgment upon a nation who has strayed away from God. As the "Umbrella of Safety" is being lifted much disaster will continue. The prophet cried out in Ezekiel 7:9, "And mine eye shall not spare, neither will I have pity: I will recompense thee according to thy ways and thine abominations that are in the midst of thee; and ye shall know I am the Lord that smiteth." The God that "smiteth" is Jehovah Makeh, the God that kills.

***What You Sow You Reap***

n Ezekiel 7:10-11, "Behold the day, behold, it is come: the morning is gone forth; the rod hath blossomed, pride hath budded. Violence is risen up into a rod of wickedness: none of them shall remain, nor of their multitude, nor any of theirs: neither shall there be wailing for them." The Prophet cried in simpler words, "What you have sown, you will reap! Your sinful abominations have blossomed, pride hath budded and a rod of wickedness has come upon you, violence is risen up." The Prophet cried in Ezekiel 7:23-24 (LB), "Prepare chains for my people, for the land is full of bloody crimes. Jerusalem is filled with violence, so I will enslave her people. I will crush your pride by bringing to Jerusalem the worst of the nations to occupy your homes, break down your fortifications you are so proud of, and defile your Temple." Have we paid close attention lately to who is buying up the foreclosed homes and businesses in America? Who is coming into our land to occupy the homes? Church, please pray that we wake up and see what is happening. The presence of the one true God is leaving us and all we can expect is, "Calamity upon calamity will befall you; woe upon woe, disaster upon disaster!" Ezekiel 7:26-27 (LB). Beloved, where are we headed today? We claim to be the heirs of Abraham and blood bought but do we have fruit? In the above scripture it warns; prepare chains for my people, for the land is full of bloody crimes. Isn't this America's lot? Women and men found murdered in the city, fields, and rivers all over this land. Just recently a woman was found murdered so gruesomely. When police entered the home of the murder, some of her body parts were boiling on the stove in a pot and another part of her body was on a plate on the table with a fork stuck through it. As the story goes, she and her boyfriend had a quarrel and this is what he did to her. What American mind would do such a thing? Our young have no God in them because their consciences have been seared. Our nation is plunging into a great darkness of evil. I foresee a crime wave with murder, rape, robberies, and break-ins like never before. It will thrust us into one of the darkest times of turmoil in the history of this country.

***God's Presence Creates an Umbrella***

od's presence, which is the light of our Nation, is lifting off of our country. (Psalm 119:105) We will lose His protection and material blessing; it will go to the spoilers from other nations and we will no longer be the head (the head being the leader nation) but rather become the tail. Oh, how I cry in my heart as I see this happening to our precious country. The umbrella of Almighty God is lifting off of us. Our blessing, peace, and safety are leaving. What is the umbrella? The "Umbrella" is like an invisible canopy or a "Spiritual Covering" that hovers over the nation. That Canopy of Blessing, Love and Divine Protection was made up of the God of the Bible, the Ten Commandments, and Jesus Christ the Lord of Glory. No other gods from other nations have the power to be the God of the Universe that we serve. Opening the door for new leaders with new religions to step into leadership offices in America is suicide - surely the end of all things, as the Prophet declared, has come to America. Don't we realize what a mistake that will be—we will fall under their umbrella or covering with their god who has no power, no prosperity and can offer no safety or peace over us. As the umbrella of Almighty God lifts off the nation we will have to make sure that our own personal umbrella and the corporate umbrella of our churches is sure and sound under the blood of Jesus. This means more than saying I believe in the Blood of Jesus. We will have to be living for Christ and walking in holiness which cultivates His presence. That will be the only thing that will protect us in these last days. Our sins in America have thrust us into a Coming Economic Disaster, a Wave of Crime like no other, the Blessing of Prosperity Being Removed, a Tidal Wave of Foreclosures on the horizon, a Weather Judgment of Severe Weather, Tornadoes, Hurricanes, Winds, Floods, Earthquakes, Hail Explosions, Fires, Multiple Deaths, etc. Church, run for cover; run to the Canopy, and Umbrella of Jesus Christ. The "Wind of Judgment" is already here and only a GREAT NATIONAL REPENTANCE can help us now!! Let us Run to the One that can Protect, Hide, And Love us—JESUS CHRIST the LORD of GLORY.”
