Wake Up Call To America!

Dear Praying Friends, The "Snow" continues to fall in Washington DC and other areas on the North East Coast. Washington DC is the National Government Seat. Our God is not pleased with our law makers who are making laws which are against the Ten Commandments. Then on 2/10/10 an "Earthquake" of a 4.3 magnitude hit West of Chicago, Illinois, our President's state. Our God is "Shaking Up America" and we are under a "Severe Weather Judgment" for our Abominations and Blood Shed of Innocent Babies. It is as if God is Shaking Us Out Of Our Deep Sleep, the "Earthquake" hit at 4 a.m.(deep sleep hour). We can "Expect" the Judgments to Continue! We are going to begin to see the "Eruption of Volcanoes" in the world, and here in the Western World. The Pacific Ocean is being targeted and we have "Volcanoes" in the Western part of America off the Pacific Ocean, state of Washington, Oregon, California and through out Hawaii and other nearby places. Volcanoes spew bubbling lava, gases and ash. In Leviticus 18:24-25. "Defile not ye yourselves in any of these things: for in all these the nations are defiled which I cast out before you: and the land is defiled: therefore I do visit the iniquity thereof upon it, and the land itself vomiteth out her inhabitants." Because of our many Abominations and Sexual Perversions we are "Going to be Judged." When Volcanoes begin to erupt--its like the land vomiting out her inhabitants because of its abominations spoken of in Leviticus 18. AMERICA, AMERICA, "Repent Before It Is Too Late." The blessing we have enjoyed in the past is because of God Almighty and His Son the LORD JESUS CHRIST--as a nation you have rejected Him and broken covenant with Him. As I continue to watch the snow fall, the Holy Spirit brings to remembrance what Isaiah 1:18 says., "...though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be white as snow; though your sins be red like crimson, they shall be as wool." TAKING THE GATES OF OUR NATION--PART # 4 "FALSE GODS"

“O my God, incline thine ear, and hear; open thine eyes, and behold our desolations, and the city which is called by thy name: for we do not present our supplications before thee for our righteousness, but for thy great mercies. O Lord, hear; O Lord, forgive; O Lord, hearken and do; defer not, for thine own sake, O my God: for thy city and thy people are called by thy name.” Daniel 9:18-19 PRAYER WARRIORS INTERCESSORS! SOLDIERS AT LARGE! EVERYONE WHO PRAYS! Let us bind together in the privacy of our homes and dismantle the enemy of the North, South, East and West Gates of Our Nation. Let us war and pull down these Evil Spirits and as they are dethroned, "Pray" that the Righteous Judge (JESUS CHRIST) the LORD OF GLORY will once again sit on the Gates of our Nation. Please set some time aside daily and pray in the Unity Of The Faith with United Intercessors in this strategy to take the “Gates” for the Lord Jesus Christ! PART #4 THE NORTH GATE – “FALSE GODS”

First, let us talk about the NORTH GATE and where it is located. It is located at 12 o’clock noon on the time clock or pointing North. There was a particular “Ruling Spirit” at this first gate. So if you were looking down at a United States Map that was laying flat on a table-12 0'clock would be NORTH and the states on that gate would be North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas, Minnesota, Iowa, Missouri, Wisconsin, Illinois and Alaska. “Then He said unto me, Son of man, lift up thine eyes now the way toward the north. So I lifted up mine eyes the way toward the north, and behold northward at the gate of the altar this image of jealousy in the entry.” Ezekiel 8:5.

This particular ruling spirit on the North was referred to as the IMAGE OF JEALOUSY because it stood in God’s stead towards the NORTH. It provoked the Almighty God to anger, because a “False” god stood in HIS PLACE. Let us look at this IMAGE OF JEALOUSY, what is it? For one, always a spirit of jealousy is identified with a spirit of strife, division and competition. Some would accept these spirits as good, healthy, and normal attitudes in the hearts of the people, but the truth of the matter is that at the root of competition is “Jealousy” which produces Division, Strife and Hatred. Instead of LOVE among the brethren it produces Disunity. The Word of God reads, “But if ye have bitter envying and strife in your hearts, glory not, and lie not against the truth. This wisdom descendeth not from above, but is earthly, sensual, and devilish. For where envying and strive is, there is confusion and every evil work.” James 3:14-16. As we read this scripture from God’s Holy Word, we can certainly see that envy and strife opens us up to evil spirits. The evil demonic force of the IMAGE OF JEALOUSY (which carries spirits of Strife, Division and Competition) sits on this North Gate as a Ruling Prince, blocking what? Revival,Yes, BLOCKING REVIVAL!

To better understand the North Gate position we have to see the direction of the number twelve on the time clock. It is North. North is also the direction of Judgment. Jeremiah 50:3 reads, "For out of the north there cometh up a nation against her, which shall make her land desolate, and none shall dwell therein: they shall remove, they shall depart, both man and beast.” In Jeremiah 1:14, it reads, " Then the Lord said unto me, Out of the North an evil shall break forth upon all the inhabitants of the land. In Jeremiah 47:2, it reads, "thus saith the Lord; Behold, waters rise up out of the north, and shall be an overflowing flood..." These are only a few scriptures. Twelve is also the Number of Government. Jesus chose 12 disciples. They were the governing foundation of the early church. (Luke 6:13).

Read Acts 1:23-26. That he may take part of this ministry and apostleship, from which Judas by transgression fell, that he might go to his own place. As they gave forth their lot; and the lot fell upon Matthias; and he numbered with the eleven apostles.” It was very important the twelfth slot be filled. There were 12 Tribes Of Israel, and Twelve Stones represent the Tribes of Israel (twelve representing governing bodies). In Revelation 19: 4, "And the four and twenty elders and the four beasts fell down and worshipped God that sat on the throne, saying, Amen; Alleluia.” These 24 elders are divisible by 2 which equals two twelves. Washington D.C. the nation's seat of government is located North East on the United States map. In REPOSSESSING the NORTH GATE—just as the people in Nehemiah’s day gathered as one man at the water gate to pray, let us also UNITE in "TARGET PRAYING" to take the Gates Of Our Nation. This evil demonic force of the "IMAGE OF JEALOUSY" Sits on this Gate as the Ruling Prince, Blocking Revival as we said earlier. Many times different denominations, churches, or individuals want to be used to say they broke forth first with revival-Oh, What Terrible Pride! The "Great Revival" that we need will not be identified with churches, denominations, or individuals, but with Jesus and all the people of God. Let us begin by allowing the Holy Spirit to search our own hearts and Repent of Jealousy, Strife, Division, and Competition. We must "War" and "Pull Down" this evil, first in our own hearts, before we can pray and war for our nation.

JESUS REIGNS OVER US

As we continue to look at the NORTH GATE, we read, “Then he brought me to the door of the gate of the Lord’s house which was toward the north; and behold, there sat women weeping for Tammuz.” Ezekiel 8:14. Tammuz was also a false god. This NORTH GATE was the gate of "False Gods." As we prayed and fasted many were the false gods that were revealed to me that reigned at our nation's gate. The false gods of the love of money, prestige, pride of life, drugs, alcohol, etc. Others were: Greed, Sports, Addictions, Bribery, Perverted Justice, Prostitution, Corrupted Governments and Pornography. We will take authority over all these spirits in Due Season, Tearing Them Down. As the "Praying Gatekeepers" stood their watch with Prayer and Intercession--we prayed that all Government Officials would Seek the Lord and be Lead by Him.

Pray that all the Unsaved on the North Gate Be Converted to the Lord Jesus Christ. God Loves All Men And Wants To Save All, but those men who "DO NOT" have the best interest of the "People Of Our Nation" and continue to reject God,be "Uprooted" from this Gate. Pray that God replace them with His Choice of Holy, Godly Believers. The Holy Spirit instructed us to pray for the operation of a Pure, Holy, National, State and City Governments, for Men and Women that would Love True Justice, Peace, and Righteousness of God’s Holy Word. In 1 Timothy 2:1-3, "I exhort therefore, that, first of all, supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks, be made for all men; For kings, and for all that are in authority; that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty. For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour.”

Jeremiah 1:10 reads, “See I have this day set thee over the nations and over the kingdoms, to root out, and to pull down, and to destroy, and to throw down, to build, and to plant.” Now it was time to plant. We prayed to Almighty God to send His Son, the Lord Jesus Christ to Reign Over That Gate. All corruption that had been entering in through that gate will never enter again, because Jesus Christ sits at this Gate as the Righteous Judge over our city—it original function was to be the GATE OF JUSTICE AND TRUTH with OUR LORD JESUS as THE RIGHTEOUS JUDGE. It is important to "War in the Spirit Realm" and "Pull Down" All Evil In High Places, that the Lord may place those of "His Choosing" in Positions of Authority Over Our City and National Gates. As we pray about the hidden things going on, He Will Reveal & Tear Down. Because there were no watchmen guarding this gate, corruption came in to our nation. It was around the 1920's that alcohol, illegal gambling, prostitution and murder began to pour in through this gate into our nation. Evil Men like Al Capone and others were used as they took this gate through the city of Chicago, Illinois.

The NORTH GATE—Remember this was the Gate of False Gods, but now it is known as the RIGHTEOUS JUDGE, (Gate of Justice/Truth)

1. Pray that Jesus and all His Angels Rule and Seal this Gate Off with the Precious Blood of Jesus – from all Evil--Amen.

2. Pray that our Gates be known as the Gates of Praise! Isaiah 60:18. "Violence shall no more be heard in thy land, wasting nor destruction within thy borders; but thou shalt call thy walls Salvation, and thy gates Praise!"

Part #3 “Possessing Our Cities for the Lord Almighty"

Daniel prayed, “Oh my God, incline thine ear, and hear; open thine eyes, and behold our desolations, and the city which is called by they name: for we do not present our supplications before thee for our righteousness, but for thy great mercies.” Daniel 9:18. In this verse of Scripture from the Book of Daniel, it actually is talking about the city of Jerusalem, God’s Chosen City. Today, as we view America, we also see many cities; and our God has a "Special Plan" for each one. Yet, our cities are in desolate conditions. The word desolate means to” lie waste” As many of us look back over our past lives recalling when we first came to Jesus, and how our lives have changed for the better as we began to attend church and serve the Lord, many times we have possibly said, “Oh, those ‘wasted years’.” By that we mean we weren’t doing anything fruitful in our lives for Jesus Christ. That is the same thought we can have as we read Daniel’s prayer in the above scripture. He saw the city lying waste, and today, many of our cities in America lay waste.

COME OUT AND TAKE A LOOK

There is no real fruit of the “Fire of Jesus Christ” (Revival). Churches sincerely try, struggle, and seem to fall back in their efforts for revival. The reason being that Satan’s wicked powers rule, and reign over them. The Church, in general, has not known what to do, other than lock themselves up behind their four walls and build their own little places of refuge. Meantime, God’s good people, who are citizens of our communities, are surrounded with many problems, sin, and much wickedness. Chaos and confusion is beating at our church doors. We are being forced to come out and take a look at what is happening around us; yet, not only look, but begin to diligently intercede for our cities, so that demonic holds can be broken.

TIME OF THE PRAYER WARRIOR

The Church is being called to come out of her comfort zone by taking the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ and face the forces of darkness with warfare from the Spirit of the living God! IT IS THE TIME OF THE WARRIOR! God’s call goes out to His people, “Arise, shine; for thy light is come, and the glory of the Lord is risen upon thee.” Isaiah 60:1. It is time to call upon God for His help for the deliverance of our cities if we are to have revival. Daniel, in his prayer, continued to say, “Oh Lord, hear; Oh Lord, forgive; O Lord, hearken and do; defer not, for thine own sake Oh my God: For thy city and thy people are called by thy name. “ Daniel 9:19. As Daniel interceded in great humility before God, not demanding his so called, “Rights As A Child Of God,” but rather, identified with the sins of the people and their miserable wretchedness. Intercessors, today, are called to do the same. We are to confess the sins of our cities before the God of Heaven in the powerful name of Jesus, and ask for forgiveness.

PRAY FOR AND BLESS YOUR CITY

Years ago, the Lord would send us south to beautiful Louisiana and we would spend seven years there. Originally, we were from up north. Prior to this move, I had tried many times to leave my hometown, hating it because it was a small one. Looking from a lost person’s view, which I was at the time, my little city appeared to have no glamour, and I absolutely felt it was “dullsville.” Always, my secret desire was to be elsewhere in a big, glamorous city. Then, in later years, I got “saved” and I adjusted somewhat better to where God had placed me. I had inner peace to a measure, but, then I always detested the snow and cold weather, and again, my secret attitude of the heart was, “why didn’t God put us in a place that was warm with palm trees and flowers all year round?” I still carried a grumbling attitude because of the place where I lived. In Louisiana, we spent seven years in the kind of climate we had always so desired. During those seven years, among the many things that transpired, one was a longing in my soul to know where I belonged. To our surprise, in 1987, the Lord would send us back up north after our ministry training. It was settled in my heart that God had planted my husband and I and our children in this little town.

TREES OF RIGHTEOUSNESS

Our first winter back, my husband, and I stood outside as the first snow fell and worshipped the Lord for the winter season. Oh, what a joy welled up inside our souls, knowing He had a specific purpose for Jose, I and our children – where we were planted! This was our city, we were to love it and pray for it. We began thanking the Lord for our city and blessed it daily. Many things that I had not been aware of before, NOW, spoke to me so wonderfully. The city was known as “The City of Trees,” and many of our streets are named after them. Some are called, Myrtle, Olive, Maple, and Woodbine. The Lord began to speak to me that He had a "Special Plan For Our City" from the beginning of its foundation, but Satan’s forces were ruling instead. He needed the city claimed back for His Glory. In January of 1988, I went to the library and did a study of the history of our city. The Lord would speak to me that our city was called to be a city of priests after Isaiah 61:3-4, “To appoint unto them that mourn in Zion, to give unto them beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; that they might be called trees of righteousness, the planting of the Lord, that he might be glorified. And they shall raise up the former desolations, and they shall repair the waste cities, the desolations of many generations.” Yes, our community was called to be a city of the “Trees Of Righteousness,” a royal priesthood, yet, as I looked around the city, it laid waste; No Real Revival, No Real Glory Of God, and No Fire For Jesus. The Lord said, “I need a Joshua to work through so I can take the city.” Later, I would realize, as I looked at painted signs around our city, one said, “The City of Blossoms.” Besides the wood trees, there were many blossoming flowers and trees planted throughout our city. The Lord said, “I want my "GLORY’ to blossom in this city.” He instructed me to go back to the public library and continue to study the history of our city. I would find out many reasons why our city lay in ruins: Evil spirits of prejudice, pride, and greed had crept into our city over the years, and spirits of the occult and cults reigned over us. It was time to pray!! Every other month, we would have an all-night, twenty-four (24) hour prayer meeting to pray for our City, State, and Nation. We did this for several years, inviting people from our community to come and pray. Then, we began to move into "Forty Days" of Prayer and Fasting.

GO OUT AND POSSESS THE CITY

Then, one day, the Lord called a small nucleus of us, who could regard confidence and move in discretion (Characteristics Of A Good Warrior), and instructed us to prepare to and possess the gates of our city. “That in blessing, I will bless thee, and in multiplying I will multiply thy seed as the stars of the heaven, and as the sand which is upon the sea shore; and thy seed shall possess the gate of his enemies.” Genesis 22:17. The Lord would direct me by the Spirit to go out and possess the Gates Of Our City. He further said, “Just as I gave Joshua in his time, the commission to go and take Jericho, I’m speaking to the Joshua's of today to do the same. If they obey and do as I say, they, too, will possess their cities.” Genesis 24:60, “And they blessed Rebekah, and said unto her, Thou are our sister, be thou the mother of thousands of millions, and let thy seed possess the gate of those which hate them.” Of course, my first question was, “Where And What Are The Gates Of Our City?” He would lead us step by step, revealing from His Word, how to recognize and identify the particular Gates Of Our City. He would instruct us to get a map of our city. As we began to seek the Lord with prayer, He would reveal to us that Our Cities have Four Main Gates; they are located at the Four Main Directions: North, East, South, and West. Each "Gate" of direction is usually Located At A Street entrance In Your City. These gates went around our city clockwise. Clockwise – the North Gate is 12 o’clock , the East Gate is 3 o’clock, the South Gate is 6 o’clock, and the West Gate is 9 o’clock. Now the same strategy goes clockwise for the Nation's Four Main Gates, as you will read later. Share with your friends about this "Exciting Study" Of The Gates. TAKING THE GATES OF OUR NATION--NEHEMIAH PLEASE STAND UP

"NEHEMIAH'S ARE SKILLED WARRIORS"

We need the Nehemiahs in America today. Who is Nehemiah? “And it came to pass, when I heard these words, that I sat down and wept, and mourned certain days, and fasted, and prayed before the God of heaven, and said, “I beseech thee, O Lord God of heaven, the great and terrible God, that keepeth covenant and mercy for them that love him and observe his commandments: Let thine ear now be attentive, and thine eyes open, that thou mayest hear the prayer of thy servant, which I pray before thee now, day and night, for the children of Israel thy servants, and confess the sins of the children of Israel, which we have sinned against thee: both I and my Father’s house have sinned.” Nehemiah 1:4-6. Nehemiah was a man of prayer who had a personal relationship with the God of Heaven. He knew how to intercede and get results from the throne room. He had a great reverence for the great and terrible God. I will say again, “Today, we need men of prayer like Nehemiah.” The Nehemiahs of our time who are being raised up for this present hour are more than just Intercessors, they are Revivalists who carry the Spirit of Reformation. They are BOLD, FEARLESS and come with a HOLY COMMISSION from GOD. Their orders for the day are to "Rally a People" to Rise Up and War! They are GOD'S CHOSEN MEN/WOMEN for the hour with a Burden for Revival in their city and nation. They are Men and Women who have Forsaken all “Earthly Goods for the Heavenly Commission.” They know how to fast, get a hold of God and can readily identify with the Sin In The Land as they pray.

NEHEMIAH IS A SKILLED WARRIOR, as God’s servant, I see a problem among the people of God. When a new move of God is birthed, many try to get on the bandwagon, so to speak, either by trying to appoint themselves or appoint someone they know who has a title or a famous TV show and make them the “Man of the Hour.” Saints, please hear me; men and women with doctorates, degrees, and titles behind their names are great. Doctors, lawyers, and saints with TV Gospel shows are great. Ditch diggers, welders, and common laborers are great, but let me share something with you; it is going to take more than great people with TV shows, doctorates, and degrees to be Nehemiahs. The Nehemiahs of our time are warriors whose hands have been trained to war. They are skilled by the Holy Spirit to tear down, pluck up, and push down the works of darkness. They have been prepared to stand against the principalities, powers and wicked spirits of darkness. NEHEMIAH'S ARE SOLDIERS OF GOD. Just recently a good Christian woman called me on the phone and told me that God had called her to take her city for the Lord. While talking to her, she shared with me that she did not pray much or even very long when she did pray and has never done any spiritual warfare. As I continued to listen intently to her conversation, I knew she had given up nothing for the Gospel's sake. Later, after that conversation I thought, “My God, My God, how can some of your people be so deceived?” The Holy Spirit revealed to me that this woman desired secret power and the limelight. New moves of God are always noised throughout the camps of God’s people; therefore, she had heard about Taking Cities For God. She thought taking the city would be exciting and her "secret fault of pride" was deceiving her to be presumptuous. Beloved, the real Nehemiahs of our time are SOLDIERS OF GOD and GENERALS OF INTERCESSION who have fought the Good Fight of Faith, Risked their Lives and have been Tried and Tested by the Lord before they were ever given the commission to Take a City. They carry a special mantle that allows them to face these evil powers camped at our GATES. They are not lime lighters, entertainers, or showmen and certainly don’t work alone, but as Nehemiah, a people are drawn to them. The people whom Nehemiah draws by the anointing are not just any people, but rather Tough, Committed Christians who have a mind to work and work hard! Sister Hilda, you may ask, “you’ve shared with us about the importance of Nehemiahs returning to America with a burden to Rebuild the Walls and Gates Of Our Nation.

WHERE DO WE BEGIN?

1. The first thing you do is to pray that our God raise up an individual with the Heart of Nehemiah in your city or bring one in for the job. Perhaps one of you reading this article could be one or a Nehemiah in the making.

2. Secondly, recognize Nehemiah when he shows up. You will know them by the Special Umbrella of Divine Protection they carry to perform the job.

3. They will be BOLD, FEARLESS and have a WARRING ANOINTING.

TAKING THE GATES OF OUR NATION!

“O my God, incline thine ear, and hear; open thine eyes, and behold our desolations, and the city which is called by thy name: for we do not present our supplications before thee for our righteousness, but for thy great mercies. O Lord, hear; O Lord, forgive; O Lord, hearken and do; defer not, for thine own sake, O my God: for thy city and thy people are called by thy name.” Daniel 9:18-19

The Church of our Lord Jesus Christ desires to see the power and a move of the Spirit. We have seen a measure, a trickle here and there, but we desire to see more. PRAYER WARRIORS INTERCESSORS! SOLDIERS AT LARGE! EVERYONE WHO PRAYS! Let us bind together in the privacy of our homes and dismantle the enemy of the North, South, East and West Gates of Our Nation. Let us war and pull down these Evil Spirits and as they are dethroned, pray that the Righteous Judge (JESUS CHRIST) the LORD OF GLORY will once again sit on the Gates of our Nation. Please set some time aside daily and pray in the Unity of the Faith with United Intercessors in this strategy to take the “Gates” for the Lord Jesus Christ! God has a Mighty Plan for Us and as we achieve this all of us will benefit from this Victory in every area. Psalm 133:1-3

Nehemiah 1:3, “And they said unto me, the remnants that are left of the captivity there in the province are in great affliction and reproach: the wall of Jerusalem also is broken down, and the gates thereof are burned with fire.” Nehemiah received a disturbing report—the people whom God loved so dearly and had brought out from bondage were again in captivity, affliction, and reproach! What caused them to be brought back into this alarming state of captivity and reproach? The answer to this question is in this same verse of scripture—the wall around Jerusalem was broken down and needed repair and the city gates were burned with fire. The cities of that time usually had a stone wall around them for protection and the gates were considered the doorways of the city. They were usually made of strong wood; some were covered with brass and a few were known to be overlaid with gold. Cities without any gates or doorways were left wide open to the “spoilers” of that day, who would come in to do three (3) things: rape the women, kill the men, take their goods and take their children captive. The Gates of the city were the place where the elders transacted legal business, conversation and the reading of the law. The Proverbs 31 Woman, verse 23 says, “Her husband is known in the gates, when he sitteth among the elders of the land.” Since the gates were the doorways of the city, therefore, no gates, no doors, the enemy ran rampant.

Today it is the same in America, the Gates Of The Nation are torn down. Earlier I shared that the enemy would do three major things: rape the women, kill the men, take their goods, and take them captive. In the 911 terrorist attack in New York 81% of the men were killed. In John 10:10, it reads, “The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy.”We need the praying gatekeepers or watchmen. Rape also runs rampant and our children are taken captive everyday by drugs, alcohol, etc. here in America.

Where are the watchmen or gatekeepers needed to "Guard" the Gates of America? As we read the first chapter of Nehemiah we certainly get a picture of the pitiful state of the city of Jerusalem, with its broken down walls and burnt gates. There was a problem in Jerusalem—there were no watchmen upon the wall guarding the city; no one seemed to care about its welfare and safety. Therefore, the city was left open to terrorizing attacks of the enemy. The enemy could come in at anytime to kill, steal, and destroy, and that he did! If you would, please try to imagine your house with no doors and torn down walls, while you and your family try to sleep at night or rest during the day. Picture in your mind sitting down during the day at your breakfast table to eat and your kitchen door is gone and the kitchen wall has big holes in it, and in other places the walls are broken. At night, when you lay down in your bed and pull the covers tightly up around your neck, you see that the wall is also torn down and the door of your bedroom is gone and the windows have been broken. How would you feel? Would you feel safe, warm, and peaceful? No, you wouldn’t, but rather you would feel insecure, cold, and troubled. Yes, thieves and robbers could easily have access into your home. Wild animals and perhaps even snakes could crawl in and hurt your loved ones. Therefore, I know that you will agree that the doors and walls of your dwelling place are needed for your safety and refuge.

The gates were torn, the wall was down and there were no watchmen. Today in America the same, the watchmen and gatekeepers are the prayer warriors, intercessors, and the prophetic men and women of God, who are called to stand in the gap and guard the gates of our cities. Where are they? As we look around America today, we can see some of the very same problems within our country that existed in the city of Jerusalem. At one time there was a hedge around us for our divine protection. It was put there by the Almighty Hand of God. When a people acknowledge God, He acknowledges them. Our enemies would try to come against us, but the Wall of Divine Defense would not allow them to come in. Our Lord stood in our behalf and our country was like a wall and defensed city impenetrable by the enemy.

As we look back over the last few decades we see that something has happened to America. Evil spoilers began to come in and ransack the people of our country. Good companies that have employed hundreds of good American people in the past are closing up with very little notice to its employees and moving out of the nation. The “Blessings of the Lord” which were given to us by Almighty God are picking up as if they had wings and leaving to foreign countries. The America we have known and loved is dying! The spoilers of crime, rape, drugs, alcohol, pornography, and evil have invaded our country. Our education system has been taken over by the “spoilers” of humanistic values and Antichrist beliefs who daily corrupt the minds of our little children; therefore, many of our young are growing up without Christ. Our wall which was made up of the Ten Commandments, Prayer in Schools and the Bible is torn down and our Gates are Burned with Fire. America is headed for "Greater Troubles" and something needs to be done! You may ask, “What can we do?” The answer is not hard; it is found in God’s Word.

I will share with you the revelation the Holy Spirit has imparted to me about the Gates of America. From 1980-1990 I was in my prayer closet. In 1980 I went down on my knees and face and in 1990, ten years later the call came from Almighty God that He was going to stand me up. He revealed to me that I went down on my face as an Intercessor and ten years later HE would stand me up in the Prophetess calling to speak what He had given me during that time. It would take three more years to get up from this kneeling position of my heart. " Sing O' Barren"

As we look back to the year 1999, it was the year that brought us to the end of the age. It was also the last year before the new Century began. A Century is made up of one hundred years. Can you believe that one hundred years have come and gone and the New Year 2010 is the "first decade" of this new century. The end of something old always brings us to the beginning of something new. Old things are passed away and all things are become new. What can we expect in this New Year? In John 2:9-10, it reads “When the ruler of the feast had tasted the water that was made wine, and knew not whence it was: (but the servants which drew the water knew;) the governor of the feast called the bridegroom, And saith unto him, Every man at the beginning doth set forth good wine; and when men have well drunk, then that which is worse: but thou hast kept the good wine until now.” At the marriage feast of Cana, Jesus showed up with the power to turn water to wine and everyone thought the bridegroom had saved the best wine for last. Just as in the marriage feast of Cana the church has had some good wine in its beginnings but, we can expect to see the Hand of God move like never before because He has saved the best wine for last!

*** THE BARREN WIFE***

“Sing, O barren, thou that didst not bear; break forth into singing, and cry aloud, thou that didst not travail with child: for more are the children of the desolate than the children of the married wife, saith the Lord.” Isaiah 54:1 There are two women in this verse of scripture, the barren woman with no children and the desolate woman with children. The word barren means sterile, unfruitful, unproductive and lacking. This barren woman, although her deep desire was to have children, had not borne any children. She was the married wife or the legitimate one who was called to have children. As the church of the Living God we can be compared to the married wife or the bride of Christ to give birth to spiritual children, yet, we have been barren! Yes, the church has been unfruitful, unproductive and lacking this past decade (a few mercy drops here and there). We are without true revival and our ministries have not been as productive as we would like them to be. Yet, we have been faithful with our intercessions and supplications and seen very little evidence of answered prayer. We are finishing up this decade the without seeing real fire in the church. The ministries that we were promised did not give birth as we thought, our households and in many cases our loved ones are still not all saved.

***THE DESOLATE WOMAN***

Yet, on the other hand, more are the children of the desolate bondwoman who is supposed to be deserted, forsaken, barren, and lifeless than the children of the married wife says the Lord. Beloved, as you look around, it could be that those who surround you have not been serving the Lord as faithful as you have and seem to be prospering. Pastor, it could be that you came out of a dead and lifeless religious system and began to teach the uncompromising Word, the born again experience and holiness, yet, the church down the street who doesn’t even believe in the born-again experience or teach any kind of holiness has been growing and busting out at the seams. Here you are, trying to teach that “little handful” of remnant believers to walk holy and work out their salvation daily and no matter how hard you pray, how faithful you’ve been to that flock, you see very little fruit. Your congregation seems to be diminishing right before your eyes. Many times you have been ready to throw in the towel. Well, beloved, DON’T DO IT. Today God has a word for you. The Lord has saved the best wine for last.

***UNFRUITFUL HANNAH WEEPS***

Remember barren Hannah, she was the married wife with no children who trusted in her Lord. On the other hand Peninnah had sons and would provoke Hannah by taunting her and saying, “I’m the favored one. God loves me more than you and has blessed me with many children and He’s forgotten you.” Hannah would weep sore and would not eat. She felt so rejected and unloved wondering why the Lord had forgotten her and favored others when she had loved Him and would do anything for Him. Church, have you ever been there? If you have, then you know what I mean. Many times we feel that modern day Peninnah taunts us and says look at me how great my church is or how well and prosperous I am. Hannah got confused and bitter and sometimes we can do the same. “And she was in bitterness of soul, and prayed unto the Lord, and wept sore.” I Samuel 1:10. Yet, Hannah never left the foot of the cross. She stayed there on her knees because she had no where else to go and she vowed a vow if the Lord would give her a manchild she would give him unto the Lord all the days of his life.

***HANNAH FINALLY HAS A BABY***

The Lord heard Hannah’s prayer and extended mercy and grace to her. Hannah, whose name means grace, had been praying for years, yet something was not clicking in her prayer with God. I believe like most of us, sometimes we want ministries, churches full of people, new spiritual babes, and our loved ones saved for all the wrong reasons. The Lord, who knows the motives of the heart, cannot be touched with selfish prayers. Somehow she moved out of that place and prayed a prayer that moved the heart of God. She cried, “God, I want a manchild, but I’m also willing to give him up to be raised for your glory.” “Wherefore it came to pass, that when the time was come about after Hannah had conceived, that she bare a son, and called his name Samuel, saying, Because I have asked him of the Lord.” I Samuel 1:20. Samuel means God has heard. Prayer Warrior, I prophesy that you will begin to see answers to your prayers—God has heard and we will see the Word of the Lord come to pass. Just recently an intercessor who loves the Lord and calls the prayer line often, shared with me that the Lord had promised her a ministry. She continued to share with me that she has been in a barren desert longer than she can remember. She said, “I feel so alone and if it wasn’t for this prayer line that connects me with other prayer warriors, I don’t know what I would do!” She proceeded to tell me that she used to play and teach piano but hadn’t touched it for years. Recently, to her surprise, she had picked it up again and the Lord sent her an unsaved young man by the name of Samuel whom she was going to teach piano. She asked for prayer for wisdom and perfect opportunity to minister to him. Immediately, the Holy Spirit leaped within me and said, “She is a barren praying Hannah, but God has heard her prayer and sent her a Samuel. She will no longer be a barren wife, but rather fruitful and bare spiritual children. I’ve prompted her to pick up that instrument of music and sing and play!” Isaiah 54:1, reads, “Sing O barren…” The first word in that chapter is SING. The Lord spoke something very profound here to that barren woman of Isaiah 54:1. He said, “Barren woman, it doesn’t matter that you haven’t had any children. Yes, it is true that the desolate woman has more children than you, but don’t look at the natural circumstances or how things may look. You are the married wife, the rightful heir and my promise is to you and I will bring it to pass, wherefore, SING!” Yes, beloved, this year let us sing and rejoice in the above promise of the Lord.

***CHILDREN OF THE PROMISE***

“For it is written, that Abraham had two sons, the one by a bondmaid, the other by a freewoman. But he who was of the bondwoman was born after the flesh; but he of the freewoman was by promise. Which things are an allegory: for these are the two covenants; the one from the mount Sinai, which gendereth to bondage, which is Agar. For this Agar is Mount Sinai in Arabia, and answereth to Jerusalem which now is, and is in bondage with her children. But Jerusalem which is above is free, which is the mother of us all. For it is written, Rejoice, thou barren that bearest not; break forth and cry, thou that travailest not: for the desolate hath many more children than she which hath an husband. Now we, brethren, as Isaac was, are the children of promise. But as then he that was born after the flesh persecuted him that was born after the Spirit, even so it is now. Nevertheless what saith the scripture? "Cast out the bondwoman and her son: for the son of the bondwoman shall not be heir with the son of the freewoman.” Galatians 4:22-30. Yes, church we are the children of the promise and the son of the barren woman who is the son of the flesh shall not be heir. Although, we have been a barren married wife, this is the year to prepare for great blessings to flow into the church, families, and into our personal lives. Gross darkness on every side will continue for the wicked, but we will bear fruit and we will see God’s power move like never before.

***FEAR NOT***

In Isaiah 54:4, it reads, “Fear not; for thou shalt not be ashamed: neither be thou confounded; for thou shalt not be put to shame: for thou shalt forget the shame of thy youth, and shalt not remember the reproach of thy widowhood any more.” I prophesy to the church of the Living God that we are not to fear over our troubled economy, the Middle East or any other situation in 2010. The Word of God reveals that in the past there have always been calamities, troubles, and great turmoils of one kind or another. When the floods came to destroy the earth in the time of Noah, God remembered him and his family and had an Ark prepared for their safety. In time of great famine, a butler remembered an interpreter of dreams whose name was Joseph. When Joseph, God’s chosen vessel for the hour stood in the king’s court, the Pharaoh of Egypt recognized him to be wise, discreet, and like no other. Joseph found great favor and was appointed over Pharaoh’s granaries as God’s Hand to feed the hungry during the famine. When Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego, refused to bow their knee to Nebuchadnezzar’s image, they were thrust into the fiery furnace as punishment because of their stand for the one true God. The king, thinking to make them an example to all those who would dare defy him, never considered that the "God of the faithful" would step into the fire with them. When the king looked into the blazing hot flames, he exclaimed, “My God, I see three unharmed Hebrew children walking around in the fire and a fourth man walking with them that looks like the Son of God.” The Hebrew children came out of that fiery furnace without the smell of smoke on their clothes, and upon examination, no evidence of fire touching their bodies could be found. Because of their faith a whole nation turned to the one true God. We can be assured that there will always be an Ark, a Joseph or a people with a Hebrew like faith to escape the hour of tribulation. His timing will be perfect and His love and mercy will never cease. Surely it is a year to put our trust in the Lord and keep our eyes focused on Jesus. There may be many uncertainties in 2010 but the Almighty God by His Spirit will be with us and whatever the Lord speaks, do it, step out in faith and you will not be ashamed because He is with you! Church of the Living God let us break forth into singing and continue to cry out to Him for your situation of prayer and He will hear from His Holy Heaven.

***ENLARGE THY PLACE***

Isaiah 54:2-3 reads, “Enlarge the place of thy tent, and let them stretch forth the curtains of thine habitations: spare not, lengthen thy cords, and strengthen thy stakes; For thou shalt break forth on the right hand and on the left; and thy seed shall inherit the Gentiles, and make the desolate cities to be inhabited.” Church of the Living God, 2010 is time to enlarge the place of thy tent, expand, knock down walls, and build on additions. You will break forth on the right hand and on the left and thy seed shall inherit the Gentiles and the desolate cities shall be inhabited. It’s a year to plan strategies on how to possess our cities and take what rightfully belongs to us. A year that we are to begin to prepare to bust out at the seams. The above scripture also says it’s time to stretch forth the curtains of our habitation. Surely, it is a year of stretching us to our full potential! Yield to Him and let Him do it!

***GOD’S LOVE WILL PREVAIL***

“For this is as the waters of Noah unto me: for as I have sworn that the waters of Noah should no more go over the earth; so have I sworn that I would not be wroth with thee, nor rebuke thee. For the mountains shall depart, and the hills be removed; but my kindness shall not depart from thee, neither shall the covenant of my peace be removed, saith the Lord that hath mercy on thee.” Isaiah 54:9-10 Church of the Living God, He says to you, “Just as I promised Noah never to again send floods to destroy the earth, and set my rainbow as a sign in the heavens of my love, mercy, and covenant, so I say the same to you. Although you have experienced the floods of trials, tribulations and sorrows in the past, no more will this be: My kindness shall not leave you nor shall my covenant of peace be removed from you.”

***I WILL REBUILD YOU***

“O thou afflicted, tossed with tempest, and not comforted, behold, I will lay thy stones with fair colours, and lay thy foundations with sapphires. And I will make thy windows of agates, and thy gates of carbuncles, and all thy borders of pleasant stones.” Isaiah 54:11-12. Church of the Living God, you have been afflicted in the past, but the Lord says, “Many are the afflictions of the righteous: but the Lord delivereth him out of them all. He keepeth all his bones: not one of them is broken. Evil shall slay the wicked: and they that hate the righteous shall be desolate. The Lord redeemeth the soul of his servants: and none of them that trust in him shall be desolate.” Psalms 34:19-22. There is that word again, “desolate”. This promise guarantees you will not be desolate or fruitless anymore. Isaiah compares this barren woman to a ship that has been tempest tossed, which means that the Church of the Living God has been in a few storms, strong winds, and some of her sails have been torn, broken, and tattered, this past decade, yet she hasn’t gone down, but rather the anchor still holds. The enemy has shot torpedoes at her and hasn’t been able to sink her. She has kept her eyes on course and her face set like flint. The word of God (Bible) has mapped out her course and the Holy Ghost has been her compass for direction. The compass always reading without fail, "Don’t turn to the left or the right, but keep pressing on in spite of the strong winds, obstacles, and afflictions." Beloved, the Mighty One has been with her and lead her into a safe harbor, surely He has been our Lighthouse!

***A SURE FOUNDATION***

In the above scripture He promises to rebuild the barren married wife on a sure foundation of sapphires and her walls from precious jewels and make her towers a sparkling agates and shining gems. Further He promises to make her “holy cities” (cities of refuge) where she will become a citizen of a greater kingdom of Glory. Church of the Living God, we are getting ready to see the tables turned on our enemies. The wealth of the wicked will be put into the hands of the just, and His loved ones will be great for Him. He promises to build our foundation of sapphires. This precious stone formed the pavement under the feet of the God of Israel. “And they saw the God of Israel: and there was under his feet as it were a paved work of a sapphire stone, and as it were the body of heaven in His clearness.” Exodus 24:10. Also, the throne of Glory gazed on by the prophet Ezekiel had the appearance of a sapphire stone “And above the firmament that was over their heads was the likeness of a throne, as the appearance of a sapphire stone:..” Ezekiel 1:26. The sapphire stone’s meaning is also connected with polishing and being set apart. We must be willing to let the Holy Spirit polish us as His people and allow Him to set us apart from the world. Isaiah 54:15-17, “Behold, they shall surely gather together, but not by me: whosoever shall gather together against thee shall fall for thy sake. Behold, I have created the smith that bloweth the coals in the fire, and that bringeth forth an instrument for his work; and I have created the waster to destroy. No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, and their righteousness is of me, saith the Lord.” Church of the Living God, your enemies are going to stay far from you and you will live in peace. Terrorism shall not come near you and if a nation comes to fight you, it will not be sent by the Lord to punish you, therefore He will rise up on your behalf and rout it unto a different direction because He is on your side. No weapon turned against you shall succeed. These are the blessings church that the Lord Jesus has in store for us. Therefore, Sing, O church. You are going to begin to bare and be fruitful this year. To God Be the Glory!

"A SEASON TO LOVE YOUR FELLOWMAN"

We are quickly approaching the Holiday season announcing the birth of Christ. Although some would dispute that this was not the Lord’s birthday, what is most important is, that season was used by Christians to show the love of God to our fellowman. “For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Saviour, which is Christ the Lord. And this shall be a sign unto you; Ye shall find the babe wrapped in swaddling clothes, lying in a manger. And suddenly there was with the angel a multitude of the heavenly host praising God, and saying, Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace, good will toward men.” Luke 2:11-14 That season of joy brought with it, a flow of “good will and giving” demonstrated all over the earth towards our fellowman. This should not stop, but should continue all year long. In Luke 10:27 it reads, “And he answering said, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy strength, and with all thy mind; and thy neighbor as thyself.” We are compelled by the Holy Spirit to love our fellowman as ourselves. Our Lord Jesus instructed us to love God with all our strength, heart and soul which is our total being and in the same breath “love our neighbor as ourselves.” Then, in this same chapter, the example of the good Samaritan is given to us. “And Jesus answering said, A certain man went down from Jerusalem to Jericho, and fell among thieves, which stripped him of his raiment, and wounded him, and departed, leaving him half dead. And by chance there came down a certain priest that way: and when he saw him, he passed by on the other side. And likewise a Levite, when he was at the place, came and looked on him, and passed by on the other side: But a certain Samaritan, as he journeyed, came where he was: and when he saw him; he had compassion on him.” Luke 10:30-33 This poor soul fell among thieves that attacked him, took his clothes and possessions. If this was not enough, then they stabbed him, thinking they had killed him, leaving him for dead. What a terrible thing to do to this man. The thief always comes to kill, steal and destroy. He was left there for dead, then mercy and compassion showed up. Jesus has come that we might have life and have it more abundantly. “But a certain Samaritan, as he journeyed, came where he was: And when he saw him, he had compassion on him, and went to him, and bound up his wounds, pouring in oil and wine, and set him on his own beast, and brought him to an inn, and took care of him. And on the morrow when he departed, he took out two pence, and gave them to the host, and said unto him, Take care of him; and whatsoever thou spendest more, when I come again, I will repay thee.” Luke 10:33-35

***THE RELIGIOUS CROWD***

This poor man was laying there bleeding and dying by the Jericho road. He was wounded, helpless and needed mercy. The first person to come along was the priest, the man of God and what did he do? He passed by on the other side. Yes, the priest looked and probably thought “I’m on my way to church, I’m too busy; therefore, let me go around him and go take care of my business.” No compassion, no mercy did this man have! Then a Levite came along, also looked on him and also passed by on the other side. The Levite was the lay church member and he probably thought, “I’ve got to get to church because I don’t dare be late for Sunday School.” Today, there are many “onlookers," people that come and look at your problem or situation and say, “I heard you were having problems” or “I heard that you were hurting; I’ll pray for you, I’ll see you later.” And that is as far as their Christianity goes. Thank God that the God of compassion and mercy had His eye on the wounded man all the time. Then, along came the Samaritan who was also going somewhere on personal business, but when he saw this man, he had mercy and compassion towards him. A compassion that moves his heart to go beyond being an “onlooker” and put his personal business on hold and do something for him!

***POURED IN THE OIL & WINE***

This man had Godly character. He went out of his way, bound up his wounds, poured in his oil and wine, picked him up with his own hands, helped him on his beast and brought him to an inn and personally took care of him! He took responsibility for his fellowman. This Samaritan had more Christianity than the priest and Levite. The priest and Levite were the religious crowd of that day who had forgotten to love with compassion. Today’s church has lost something also, the action of mercy, called compassion towards our brother and fellowman. Compassion is a loving concern, a deep intense desire for the well being of others. We must learn to be like the good Samaritan. What a heart of love!! This man had the heart of God. He personally took care of him. He didn’t call the “ministry to the poor” in the church or welfare as some would do, instead he took responsibility, knowing that God had put that man in his path to do something for him. This good Samaritan went the extra mile. After spending the night with him and personally taking care of him, the next day he gave the inn-keeper two more pence and said, “Now I have to go, but you take care of him and if the bill is more than two pence, when I return, I will reimburse you!!” Our Saviour born two thousand years ago gave us these words, “Go, and do likewise.” (Luke 10:37) Many today are sitting in the church with thousands of dollars piled up in their savings and checking accounts, and passing up their brethren and fellowman as “onlookers” with no compassion and mercy for their need.

***LET’S LOVE IN DEED AND TRUTH***

Those individuals are described in the book of revelations, “Because thou sayest, I am rich, and increased with goods, and have need of nothing; and knowest not that thou are wretched, and miserable, and poor, and blind, and naked.” (Rev. 3:17) God’s word tells us that we are blind with our eyes wide open. We are rich and have wealth, yet we are wretched and poor. God help us in America today! In the book of I John 3:17-18 it reads, “But whoso hath this world’s good, and seeth his brother have need, and shutteth up his bowels of compassion from him, how dwelleth the love of God in him? My little children, let us not love in word, neither in tongue; but in deed and in truth.” Neither in word or in tongue means that real love will do something more than, “I’ll pray for you!”

***PAUL & ONESIMUS***

In the book of Philemon, the account of Philemon and Onesimus is recorded. Onesimus’ name means profitable. The word profitable means gain, useful, or beneficial. Therefore, God had a purpose and a plan for Onesimus, but he needed compassionate men and women to help him so he could get to the place to be profitable, not unprofitable! Onesimus stole from his wealthy master, then ran away and met up with Paul while in prison. Paul ministered to his needs, led him to the Lord, and sent him back to Philemon. Slaves could be brutally whipped and killed by their masters when they ran away, but Paul said to Philemon, “Receive him as a brother in the Lord now.” “Which in time past was to thee unprofitable, but now profitable to thee and to me: Whom I have sent again: thou therefore receive him, that is, mine own bowels:…If thou count me therefore a partner, receive him as myself. If he hath wronged thee, or oweth thee ought, put that on mine account;” (Philemon 11-12, 17-18)

***BLINDED BY SELFISHNESS***

Paul, just as the good Samaritan, also told Philemon to receive Onesimus as a brother in the Lord; be just as kind to him as you would be to me. Oh, church we fall so short of the true love of Jesus Christ. Many of us are living unto ourselves and blinded to our own selfishness. Our "givings" many times will not go past any inconvenience or sacrifice on our part. Over the years the Lord has shown me His way to love. When I had two of one thing that someone else needed, the Holy Spirit would say, “Give it to the one in need.” He showed me how to share. I can recall one particular situation. One day, I went to visit a sister and her two children who had no living room furniture and were sitting on the floor. Her husband had left her and she was struggling financially. At that time, we were in transition, being prepared for ministry and the Holy Spirit was showing me His ways of compassion in action. We had some things in storage and among those things I had an extra set of very beautiful couches. The house that we formerly owned had a living room and a den with a set of couches in each room. And now we were living in a much smaller home and had put the extra set in storage. The Holy Spirit dealt with my heart and said, “Give her those beautiful couches.” I obeyed and later that afternoon, my husband and I drove up with those couches in our truck and put them into her living room. She and her little girls were so full of thanksgiving, as we shared the “joy of giving” like we had never experienced before! Beloved, let us love one another with more than tongue and word, but rather in deed and truth and as we do we will please the Father and honor His Son, Jesus Christ the Lord of Glory!
