 "AN ENEMY IS PLOTTING EVIL AGAINST OUR NATION IN THE NEAR FUTURE"

On March 8, 2012 began the celebration of the Feast of Purim or the Fast of Esther.  Today the Jewish people still celebrate the Feast of Purim. In doing this, they are reminded every year of how the Great and Mighty God spared their lives through Queen Esther’s intervention.  In the book of Esther we read the account on how our God used Mordecai and Esther to prevent the slaughter or annihilation of the Jewish people.  Esther, whose name is Hadassah in Hebrew, meaning “Myrtle”, and also meaning “Star” in the Greek. We can easily understand that Esther was called from her mother’s womb and her name depicted her destiny. The myrtle tree has a beautiful, sweet, fragrance; therefore, she can be considered as the woman who carried the fragrance of deliverance and spared her people from destruction. No one knew that she was Jewish, and being considered for the king’s palace as the new queen. Her uncle Mordecai instructed her    to keep it a secret until the time was right. “Esther had not shewed her people nor her kindred: for Mordecai had charged her that she should not shew it.” Esther 2:10 The king’s men were looking for a "New Queen" for Ahasuerus.  He had put away his wife Vashti while intoxicated with too much wine.  When he had called her to come join him at his great party and she refused, she was labeled rebellious, disobedient and disrespectful.  She was put aside or divorced by the king and now he was looking for a new queen. The king had 127 provinces, so beautiful women were brought to the king from the provinces and Esther was among them.  She was a Jewish girl, but her identity was hidden from the king.  She was quiet, fair, beautiful, and intelligent. Compared to modern day times, we could say that the king was having a beauty pageant.  All the women chosen were brought to the palace and put under Hegai, the harem keeper, for one year of purification. They were to spend “…six months with oil of myrrh, and six months with sweet odours…” Esther 2:12.  Esther, who found much favor with Hegai, the harem keeper, had the best offered to her as she was being prepared to go meet the king.  The story goes on. “Now when the turn of Esther, the daughter of Abihail the uncle of Mordecai, who had taken her for his daughter, was come to go in unto the king, she required nothing but what Hegai the king's chamberlain, the keeper of the women, appointed. And Esther obtained favour in the sight of all them that looked upon her.” Esther 2:15. 

BEAUTY OF HOLINESS

Beautiful, expensive attire and jewelry were offered to her but Esther took only the least for herself and only what Hegai suggested.  Esther carried the beauty of holiness--the beauty that radiates from the inside out.  The king could not resist her beauty and chose her for his wife above all the other women.  Now the queen could not come into the king’s inner court just at any time, but only when the king requested her to come.  But now, the word was out that Haman, (the king’s right hand man we might say) had spread evil slander because of his hate for the Jewish people.  Haman was a Persian government official.  He hated them because Mordecai refused to bow down to him. “And when Haman saw that Mordecai bowed not, nor did him reverence, then was Haman full of wrath.” Esther 3:5.  Mordecai and his people bowed only to their One God.  “….wherefore Haman sought to destroy all the Jews that were throughout the whole kingdom of Ahasuerus, even the people of Mordecai.” Esther 3:6 He convinced the king to kill them all and began to build gallows fifty cubits high  to hang Mordecai.

ESTHER PRAYS IMMEDIATELY

Esther began to pray immediately and called her maidens and all the Jews to join her in fasting and prayer.  Esther knew that she could lose her life if she went before the king without being invited. She also knew that this was not about her, but rather about her people.  Because of that fast and love for her people, Esther found favor with the king.   Esther was extended the king’s golden scepter which was a sign that she was accepted by the king to come into the inner court and speak to him.  She quickly and wisely asked the king if she could have a special banquet for the king, herself and Haman.  To make a long story short, there Haman was discovered, that he was the one behind the plot to kill the Jewish people.  As Esther was with the king at the banquet, she told him that she was also a Jew.  Immediately, the king had Haman demoted and moved out of his position of authority, and had him hung on the gallows fifty cubits high.  The evil he had planned and prepared for the people of God came back upon him.   All his riches and lands that the king had given him were stripped away and passed on to Mordecai and Esther.  Esther’s fast was a great and huge success. As they prayed that they should not die at the hand of Haman, our God granted their petition. The king, who was her husband, reversed all the evil decrees that Haman had pronounced against the Jews and gave them permission to pick up swords to defend themselves.  There is much to the story; because of this praying woman of faith, the people were spared the destruction coming upon them.  A great celebration followed the Jews victory.

OBAMA GIVEN THE MEGILLAH OF ESTHER

Just recently Netanyahu, Israel’s Prime Minister, met with President Obama and handed him a gift—the Megillah of Esther or scroll of Esther.  This took place on March 5, 2012, a few days before the Festival of Purim March 8, 2012.  He made a comment to the effect that the enemy tried to destroy my people back in the time of Esther and he still is trying to destroy us today, referring to the enemy nations like Iran.  We know that Israel and Iran are at odds, but there is a loud prophetic message here for us, the American people. It is as if Israel was handing President Obama the scroll that would give us the answer to all our troubles today—it is not about raising taxes, and trillions of dollar bail outs.  However, the answer is - begin to do like Esther when our enemies threaten us--PRAY and FAST.  It is interesting that Israel and Iran start with the letter “I” which is the ninth letter of the alphabet and the ninth letter of the Hebrew alphabet, known as the Teth or Tes. The Tes letter means goodness and humility.  Hadassah, whom we call Esther, begins with an “H” and Haman, the evil man’s name, begins with an “H”.   I truly believe that God’s hidden message is to both Israel and America, and the “I” in Israel and the “I” in Iran, means that truly the enemy has come to destroy Israel and America with weapons of destruction. But the message goes on giving us the key to victory; humble yourselves and my goodness and power will prevail on your behalf as it did in the days of Esther. (2 Chronicles 7:14). This is the KEY to our SUCCESS.  You see, it is good to have good, honest men running for president in the coming elections. But first and foremost, we need to pray and fast unto our Lord God in Jesus’ name that the evil assignment of our enemies is brought to naught. The scroll of Esther was a gift to President Obama, as if to say, “Here is the answer to America’s problems.”

AMERICA IN DANGER

OF ENEMY PLOT

I truly believe that we are in danger of being destroyed through many different plots of the enemy, just as Israel was being threatened in the time of the book of Esther. I believe that the Holy Spirit has shown me that there will be an attempt to attack our country in the near future by one of our enemy nations.  Have NO FEAR, if we OBEY and PRAY, our God will over throw the enemy as He did for Esther. The Holy Spirit’s message is - THERE IS A PRAYING ESTHER IN AMERICA.  She is the praying woman of the church and we are being called to FAST and PRAY that our AMERICA BE SPARED and not only America, but ISRAEL ALSO.   There is still HOPE; CRY OUT TO GOD BEFORE IT'S TOO LATE for the sparing of our country and Israel, from the onslaughts of the enemy.  We are in trouble and they are too.

RISE UP PRAYING ESTHER

We, as Christians, are to pick up the weapons of our warfare as Esther, which are fasting and prayer.  We have many upcoming days of important prayer ahead of us.  I am calling out to you to join us in praying for the needs that are listed on our April Calendar; inserted in this issue of the Silver Trumpet Newsletter. Let us stand before the God of heaven and release our prayers like incense rising unto His throne room.  In the next few months we’ll be sending out Special Prayer Requests for our Nation and Israel. Send us the address or E-mail of someone that you know that wants to help us pray during this TIME OF URGENCY! Again, Israel and Iran start with the letter “I”.  Hadassah and Haman, both names begin with the letter “H”.   I truly believe there is a hidden message for us. The I’s referring to eyes. My eyes (I’s) are over you and if we call upon Him, He will hear because we are the apple of His eye, (I’s) (Zech 2:5). Also in Psalms 34:15-17 it reads, “The eyes (I’s) of the LORD are upon the righteous, and his ears are open unto their cry. The face of the LORD is against them that do evil, to cut off the remembrance of them from the earth. The righteous cry, and the LORD heareth, and delivereth them out of all their troubles.”  Rise Up, Oh Praying Esther; it is time to pray and fast and see Great Victories for Israel and our country.  I truly believe that if America hears and responds, a great celebration will follow and will be one of the greatest revivals that we’ll ever see in these end times.  To God be the Glory!

A YEAR TO TRUST IN GOD

“And Elijah the Tishbite, who was of the inhabitants of Gilead, said unto Ahab, As the LORD God of Israel liveth, before whom I stand, there shall not be dew nor rain these years, but according to my word.” I Kings 17:1. Elijah’s name means Jehovah is God. The name characterized Elijah’s personality, a man who trusted God’s sovereignty in all things, because of his love and personal relationship with Him.  The Lord’s Word came through the mouth of the prophet to His people – “There would be no dew or rain.” Israel had angered the Lord and now, the Lord God of Israel had cut off the dew and rain from the land for a period of three and one-half years. The cutting off of rain brings a dry season! In this case a very dry season, because even the dew would stop from falling.  Why did this judgment come upon them? They had become worshipers of other gods, which is idolatry, therefore, violating God’s first Holy Commandment.  In Exodus 20: 2-3 reads “I am the LORD thy God, which have brought thee out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of bondage. Thou shalt have no other gods before me.” Rains can be symbolic to the refreshing (revival) of the Holy Spirit of God. Today, we can also come into those times of “dry spells” in our spiritual walk.  If you are personally going through a time of dryness, this can be a sign to us to check ourselves immediately for the sin of idolatry of the heart and other areas of vanity.  Let us judge ourselves, lest we be judged by the finger of Jehovah God! 

LED BY GOD INTO A NEW DIRECTION

“And the word of the LORD came unto him, saying, Get thee hence, and turn thee eastward, and hide thyself by the brook Cherith, that is before Jordan.” I Kings 17:2-3. Immediately, the Lord gave Elijah direction. Yes, He is the God of DIVINE DIRECTION! “Get thee hence, and turn thee eastward.” The direction given was for only one step at a time.  Oh, how we desire to see God’s entire plan for our lives, yet, it is not the nature of our God to tell all His plans He has for us! We must learn to move one step at a time. Moving in faith, one step at a time develops our trust in Him. It is always a sure word when God speaks. We must be willing to obey without question.  The prophet was not directed to a place of great abundance or pleasantness, but on the contrary, it would lead him into a season of leanness and dryness. What a lesson for us modern day Christians, who have been taught that if we don’t have great abundance and blessings in our lives, it can’t be God. Church, the school of “The Brooks in the Wilderness” has started for many of us and the baptism of fire is upon us.  Elijah had to go eastward.  The East Wind is a hot, dry wind that comes off the desert. The DIVINE DIRECTION from Jehovah God led him in a time of drought eastward. The only water available to him was from the brook.

THE SPIRITUAL BROOK EXPERIENCE

Have you arrived at a dry place? Could it be that you’re at the “Spiritual Brook of Cherith.” If you don’t understand the spiritual brook experience, it can be a frightening and confusing time, thinking to ourselves, our God has left us.  The Season of Dryness and Leanness was allowed to accomplish a specific purpose in the prophet’s life.  That same season is now upon us, it is also a “Godsend” into our lives. The purpose being to bring us into a place where we hunger and thirst after God, and eventually bringing us into greater days of revelation and  refreshing.  “But whosoever drinketh of the water that I shall give him shall never thirst; but the water that I shall give him shall be in him a well of water springing up into everlasting life.” John 14:4. The past decade was a challenging time for many of God’s people. Many of us will walk in a way we had never walked before. It may seem contrary to many of the teachings that we had received in the past.  Very little has been taught about season of dryness and leanness. For many, it will be dry. For some, it will be times of trial and tribulation, and others will walk in a place where the only thing they can do is trust Jesus completely!  But out of this experience will come forth a Holy Sanctified People, who will love Him for who He is and not for what He can give us as blessings! This is a time that we'll seek His face and not his Hand and will come out of that most holy place changed with His Glory and will never be the same again.  We come out of that place leaning on our beloved Lord Jesus.

HIDING BY THE BROOK NOT A COMFORT ZONE

The prophet Elijah was comfortable where he was. Yet, the Word of the Lord called him out of his comfort zone to move on.  Today, are you comfortable where you’re at? Do you feel the tugging of the Holy Spirit to move on into a new direction? It could be  “Jehovah God” is giving you a nudge – showing you new divine direction.  The prophet of the Lord was directed by God to hide himself by the brook of Cherith. The Lord was preparing Elijah, the prophet, for his future work, which would require trust and complete faith in the middle of many adverse circumstances. “For thus saith the LORD, Ye shall not see wind, neither shall ye see rain; yet that valley shall be filled with water, that ye may drink, both ye, and your cattle, and your beasts.” II Kings 3:17. In past circumstances, the servant of the Lord had seen God’s hand move and now there was no other alternative but to obey the Lord. To be hid beside the brook Cherith meant a separation for the prophet, a time of hiding.  Some of us have been very active for the Lord in the past, now all of a sudden, it seems that no one hears us, there are no opportunities for us to speak! It could be that this is your season, just to be quiet, observe, pray and spend your time at the spiritual brook Cherith. 

IN HIS PRESENCE EVERYTHING IS EXPOSED

The brook was a place of “Spending Time” in the presence of the Lord for the prophet, quiet time separated unto Him. Cherith means the Brook of Cutting. We, also, must have that Season of Cutting and Pruning, a time that the Holy Spirit comes to us as a purging fire and deals with us in those areas that are not bearing fruit.  ^“Every branch in me that beareth not fruit he taketh away: and every branch that beareth fruit, he purgeth it, that it may bring forth more fruit.” John 15:2.  We may feel that some things are beneficial to us, but our Father in heaven, who knows best, will require the pruning away of these weights so that we can truly abide in Him. “Abide in me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, except it abide in the vine; no more can ye, except ye abide in me. I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing.” John 15:4-5.  The brook that Elijah rested by, was a place that the ravens brought him his food. They provided manna, day by day! “…It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.” Matthew 4:4. First of all, we know that ravens cannot carry very much food.  The ravens came twice a day.  They brought him bread and flesh in the morning, bread and flesh in the evening, and he drank of the brook. The time of leanness proved some valuable lessons for the prophet.  The meat was not old or dried, but rather fresh, raw meat. As we spend time by the spiritual brooks in His Word and Presence.  He will give us fresh meat (manna) of the Word.  As the ravens continued to bring the prophet food, he was learning another valuable lesson – to trust God for all his sustenance.  This time of leanness will also teach us to do with less than we are used to, bringing us to a place of CONTENTMENT in Him. A place where we find joy in Him and not in things.  The apostle Paul was another servant of the Lord who had well learned the ways of Jehovah God. “Not that I speak in respect of want: for I have learned, in whatsoever state I am, therewith to be content.” Philippians 4:11. If you are in a time of leanness and dryness REJOICE! Jehovah God is with you! What sustained the prophet, the water from the brook? Today, what will sustain us? The refreshing water of God’s Word and His Presence. It’s a time of repentance for us, a time of purging and cleansing. “Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord.” Acts 3:19

THE SMELTING FURNACE WILL REFINE YOU

  

“And it came to pass after a while, that the brook dried up, because there had been no rain in the land. And the word of the LORD came unto him, saying, Arise, get thee to Zarephath, which belongeth to Zidon, and dwell there: behold, I have commanded a widow woman there to sustain thee.” I Kings 17:7-9. Elijah had spent some time by the brook Cherith, but now he was to move on to a new brook.  This second brook was Zarephath. The Zarephath means refinement or smelting furnace.  To refine means to purify. This brook put Elijah in a position to depend on the widow to meet his needs. This was humbling I am sure, for a man who had called upon God to send fire from heaven and succeeded in challenging the false prophets.  The Lord was preparing the prophet for greater and bigger things!  Many times, we have to be humbled to truly trust God in every situation. Through this school of trusting God and dependency on others, we come to a place of great humility that is needed in our character so that we can be entrusted with greater assignments from Him.  This school puts us into the fire.  “Every thing that may abide the fire, ye shall make it go through the fire, and it shall be clean: nevertheless it shall be purified with the water of separation: and all that abideth not the fire ye shall make go through the water.” Numbers 31:23 Elijah obeyed whether he understood or not and we need to do the same today!

PRAYER POWER TO RAISE THE DEAD

As the story goes on in First Kings, the widow’s son quit breathing and died! Elijah was called upon to pray for a miracle. “And he cried unto the LORD, and said, O LORD my God, hast thou also brought evil upon the widow with whom I sojourn, by slaying her son? And he stretched himself upon the child three times, and cried unto the LORD, and said, O LORD my God, I pray thee, let this child's soul come into him again. And the LORD heard the voice of Elijah; and the soul of the child came into him again, and he revived.” I Kings 17:20-22  Elijah’s obedience to the pruning and refinement had brought him to the place where his relationship with the Lord was so close that he had great confidence to call upon Jehovah God for the “Impossible” and God heard him.  He had great favor with the Lord in getting his prayer answered. He was able to raise the dead! He had become a real disciple of the Lord with power from above! Elijah, a man of prayer, could touch God’s heart as he prayed and more comforting of all, God would hear him. He had favor with God because he had learned to abide! “If ye abide in me, and my words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will, and it shall be done unto you. Herein is my Father glorified, that ye bear much fruit; so shall ye be my disciples.” John 15:7-8 

LAST DAY DISCIPLES EMPOWERED WITH HIM

Dearly beloved, the brooks are needed in our lives so that we can grow.  It helps us get rid of our pride, self-reliance and independence.  The three and one-half years that Elijah spent by the brooks helped him empty of self, self-sufficiency and self–dependency.  The brooks were needed to accomplish a good work in him.  The prophet came into a greater anointing that enabled him to raise the dead! In modern day Christianity, the Holy Spirit continues to look for men and women who are willing to be led to the brooks of cutting, pruning and refinement.  There, He will empower them with a GREAT WITNESS! At this very moment, God has a people who are being led by His Spirit to the spiritual brooks of refinement. Some are refusing to drink, and others are standing by the brook looking for another direction, which is not at all His plan for them.  Beloved humble yourself, kneel by the brook, and drink those refreshing waters so that you may be empowered to go forth as a last day disciple! TO GOD BE THE GLORY!

"2012--A NEW YEAR"

Dear Ministry Friends, 2012 is a Brand New Year and we can expect new things. What are some of the new things? They are blessings to the righteous and judgment to the wicked will increase upon our land and the nations around the world. “Behold, the former things are come to pass, and new things do I declare: before they spring forth I tell you of them.” Isaiah 42:9 His word tells us that He will let us know of things to come. In Joel 1:1-14 it talks about the judgment to the nation of Israel. “The word of the LORD that came to Joel the son of Pethuel. Hear this, ye old men, and give ear, all ye inhabitants of the land. Hath this been in your days, or even in the days of your fathers? Tell ye your children of it, and let your children tell their children, and their children another generation. That which the palmerworm hath left hath the locust eaten; and that which the locust hath left hath the cankerworm eaten; and that which the cankerworm hath left hath the caterpillar eaten.” The Lord God sent the Prophet Joel to declare to Israel that once upon a time they had been a flourishing and prosperous nation and now their land laid waste and in ruins. Their disobedience to God’s commandments and sinfulness was the cause of the disaster of the “CATERPILLAR STRIPPER.” Joel’s name means JEHOVAH IS LORD or THE LORD IS GOD. Prophets are called to declare what they see by the spirit and usually warn God’s people of upcoming judgments, calamities and woes! The prophets are God’s heart of mercy to His people announcing seasons of judgment so they have time to repent and turn away from their wicked ways or prepare for the COMING JUDGMENTS! Joel cried out to the old men and to all inhabitants of the land, Have you ever seen such things in your days, tell your children and your children’s children. What were they supposed to tell their children? That the locust destroyer had already come to their land and laid it waste because of their terrible sins. There are four (4) Different Stages of the locust mentioned in the above scripture. THE PALMERWORM, THE CANKERWORM, THE SWARMER AND THE CATERPILLAR. The First Stage is the PALMERWORM, also known as the CUTTER LOCUST AND GNAWER, it has no wings.  The Second Stage is the SWARMER LOCUST which is still part of the first stage and has its original skin. Next is the Cankerworm Stage or also known as the Hopper Locust or Devourer.  It cast off its first skin and develops little wings and leaps but does not fly.  Last comes the CATERPILLAR or STRIPPER LOCUST, the Consumer fully matured with long wings and legs. This process beginning with the egg to its fully matured stage takes about 60 days to complete and the eggs are laid in early summer. Joel cried out to the people of that day under the direction of the Holy Spirit in Joel 1:5-7 it reads, “Awake, ye drunkards, and weep; and howl, all ye drinkers of wine, because of the new wine; for it is cut off from your mouth. For a nation is come up upon my land, strong, and without number, whose teeth are the teeth of a lion, and he hath the cheek teeth of a great lion. He hath laid my vine waste, and barked my fig tree: he hath made it clean bare, and cast it away; the branches thereof are made white.” They had become a nation of drunkards and because of them turning away from the life of holiness that the Lord God had taught them, they now forgot God and they were going their own way and losing all the blessings of the Lord as they went.

A NATION OF DRUNKARDS

A lot of people today do not want to go the Old Testament and read it. They say that all we need is the New Testament. But I want to share with you that the Old Testament is precious history to us today and we need to read that history to see how God deals with disobedient nations. Why do schools require history for their students? Others have the mistaken idea, that we are under the New Covenant in the New Testament only, therefore under grace and there is no judgment! Grace does not mean that we are to continue in sin, which will bring a consequence (chastisement) with it. In 1990 America moved into the “STAGES OF THE PALMERWORM” that Joel talks about in the above scripture. Just as God had prophets back in the time of Joel, He has them today and they declare to those who have ears to hear. The invasion of the locust upon America that I am referring to is not a natural locust invasion, but one that has to be discerned spiritually.  We moved into the first stages of the locust   almost twenty-two years ago. We are almost at the finish line of that judgment—time is running out!

HE WILL DELIVER OUR SONS

As Israel, America has become a nation of drunkards, dope and pill addicts. At this time how many mothers are crying out to God for their sons to be delivered? At one time I was one of those mothers, but God in His mercy delivered our son through much prayer of the saints and your precious sons can be delivered too, America.  Thank you Jesus for all the good, moral people that are still left in our country. But on the other hand we are surrounded by sin and liars, thieves wearing three piece suits in high offices and stealing money from the good American people.  

Several years ago, a good brother came to me and shared with me how he invested all his life savings, retirement monies into an investment company.  If I would tell you their name you would recognize them.  They often advertise on radio and television. For the first year He received some investment returns and he was so excited. You see many of them are con artists and know how to get your money and then make you believe that you did the right thing. Not too long after that He got a letter that the companies had bankrupted and gone out of business and it was out of their hands, there was nothing they could do--the poor brother was taken by the enemy—lost it all! 

We should be investing into the kingdom of God, where there will always be a promised return on your tithes, offerings and all other giving. God is the same yesterday, today and forever and changes not. (Malachi 3:6) He does not go out of business nor will He bankrupt.  Today many are expecting their seed returns from their giving from the government at the end of the year because they don’t want to pay tax.   It is better to pay tax and get your dividends from the Hand of God. There is nowhere in the bible that says that we should try to get out of paying tax. God is the rewarder when we give! That idea of write offs for our tithes came somewhere in the mid 1900’s from one of the presidents. Yes, you can do that as long as you want—expect your seed’s return from the government, but it is not scriptural; that will only last until the government changes its mind and that could be sometime very soon. What are we going to do then if the government can no longer pay social security or give you returns on your tithes and offerings? Wouldn’t it be better to start now and invest in the kingdom of God which has much return?

THE ABOMINATION OF PORNOGRAPHY IN THE CHURCH

Another abomination is the sin of pornography which opens you up to an unclean spirit.  We are infested with that horrible sin.  How many pastors, preachers touch God’s Holy pulpit while involved with this terrible abomination? Jesus wants holy preachers, holy men and women who will cast down every evil imagination, instead of entertaining the evil imagination of pornography. (I am not addressing those who have been involved in pornography, and have repented and put it away.) In the above scripture Joel 1:5-7, it states that the new wine was cut off from Israel and the new wine represents REVIVAL for us, but today there is none.  As He did to Israel He will do the same to us—cut us off from revival because of our sinfulness. God warned Israel of a nation without number that came against them. He said they were strong, whose teeth are like the teeth of a lion, and hath the cheek teeth of a great lion.  He further stated, “He hath laid my vine waste, and barked my fig tree: he hath made it clean bare, and cast it away; the branches thereof are made white.” Joel 1:7. The fig tree represented Israel’s prosperity and the locust had stripped it down to the bark, cast it bare white. “The vine is dried up, and the fig tree languisheth; the pomegranate tree, the palm tree also, and the apple tree, even all the trees of the field, are withered: because joy is withered away from the sons of men.” Joel 1:12

THE CATERPILLAR STRIPPER

As Israel, America is being stripped down to the bare bone of her prosperity by the  Caterpillar Stripper. Our prosperous economy was Given o us by God and He made the hands of the American people to prosper. That was our reward and blessing because we used to be a praying, God fearing people holding up the Bible, the Ten Commandments and above all else Jesus Christ—He blessed us because of that stand. Now, We have thrown God out of our schools, cities and He is not allowed to be worshipped publicly—well Americans keep it up – you will see the total down fall of our economy and this nation. Other countries like China the Islamic nations and others can be compared to the nation in the book of Joel. They are considered strong, without number which means their teeth are teeth of a lion. They are coming in like the CATERPILLAR STRIPPER buying up our land and real estate, loaning money to our failing businesses and banks. If this keeps up, guess who is going to eventually own your mortgage America? Or is America already mortgaged? They are not Americans and do not have any compassion for us. Also, our hospitals will be taken over by foreigners and many of them will see us (the American People) as dollar signs only and cut on us without a real need.  Oh America, America, you have left your God and the fierce anger of the Lord will blow hot upon our Nation this New Year and all those guilty of sin.  God is removing his presence and with the removal of his presence goes the blessings that  we have enjoyed in this country. We have made our God angry as Israel did and our punishment will be no less than theirs!  “Therefore the LORD was very angry with Israel, and removed them out of his sight: there was none left but the tribe of Judah only. Also Judah kept not the commandments of the LORD their God, but walked in the statutes of Israel which they made. And the LORD rejected all the seed of Israel, and afflicted them, and delivered them into the hand of spoilers, until he had cast them out of his sight. II Kings 17:18-20.  As Israel, we will also be delivered into the hands of the spoilers such as China, Islamic countries and others who will be like the CATERPILLAR STRIPPER till nothing is left.  When our economy falls the depression days of 1929 will look hopeful to us.  Jobs will continue to be stolen from us. Yes, we need to prepare spiritually, but at present the most important thing that you and I can do is cry out to God that repentance would come to all.  The coming elections are secondary – these upcoming elections are a battle for America’s soul of the founding fathers’ principles--one last chance to put righteous men into office.

AS CHRISTIANS, WHAT CAN WE EXPECT

As judgments continue, destruction will follow. Disasters upon disasters, we can expect this year – severe weather, floods, earthquakes, tsunamis, droughts, volcano eruptions, solar flares, blackouts, murders and  there is so much more that I can say, but I will not at this time.  You and I are the remnant people and the word for us this New Year is to follow hard after Jesus, stay away from sin or else it will swallow you up.  Go to church every time the doors open, read your word,  give and support the good works of God, be a helper to the poor or those less fortunate than you,  pray without ceasing, team up with a good work of prayer and help pray for the lost and our nation and many other needs.  Be at peace, our Jesus will see about us and never leave us or forsake us. As things shake on every side around us, we will stand on the rock—Jesus is our keeping grace. “Even so then at this present time also there is a remnant according to the election of grace."
