A Prophetic Word From Hilda--Rescued From The Land Of “No Bread” By The Blood Covenant

Prophetess hilda arredondo

Dear Praying Friends, David was known as a man after God’s own heart.  Being a man after God’s own heart meant he was filled with kindness just as our Father in Heaven.  David had been on the run trying to get away from his enemies.  Finally it seemed that things were slowing down a bit to a “time of rest” for him.  One day he was sitting in his palace.  In II Samuel 9:1 it reads, “And David said, Is there yet any that is left of the house of Saul, that I may shew him kindness for Jonathan’s sake?”  In their younger days Jonathan had been closer than a brother to David and they had entered into a brotherly covenant.  In I Samuel 18:3-4 it reads “Then Jonathan and David made a covenant, because he loved him as his own soul.  And Jonathan stripped himself of the robe that was upon him, and gave it to David, and his garments, even to his sword, and to his bow, and to his girdle.”  Part of establishing a covenant was for the individuals to have EXCHANGES; those exchanges meant they took each other’s identity.  Jonathan gave David his robe, garments, sword, bow, and girdle in this covenant exchange.  Spiritually Jonathan was
handing over to David his personal rights as heir to his fathers’ kingdom (Saul’s).  He knew that the calling to be King over Israel was upon David and not him.  What a humble young man.  He was not threatened, but wanted God’s best for the people of the kingdom to the point that he would give up his right to the throne and handed it over to David.  As we read now in II Samuel 9 (which was years later), Saul and Jonathan were now dead and David was sitting at the palace when he remembered Jonathan, his long time friend. In II Samuel 9:2-3 it reads, “And there was of the house of Saul a servant whose name was Ziba.  And when they had called him unto David, the king said unto him, Art thou Ziba?  And he said, Thy servant is he.   And the king said, Is there not yet any of the house of Saul, that I may shew the kindness of God unto him?  And Ziba said unto the king, Jonathan hath yet a son, which is lame on his feet.” After all this time had passed God REMEMBERED and now was looking to keep His Word of promise.  He went to David because He knew that David was his chosen vessel, compassionate and merciful, obedient with a heart full of KINDNESS.  When God chooses men who are true leaders, they know the importance of keeping the Word of God at all cost—David was just that!  Jonathan’s son was lame on both of his feet.  This had happened years back when the “nanny” was running in fear after being notified that Saul and Jonathan were dead.  She tripped and fell, injuring Jonathan’s little son Mephibosheth and he became lame on both feet.  What a terrible tragedy!

GOD ALWAYS REMEMBERS

In II Samuel 9:4-5 it reads, “And the king said unto him, Where is he?  And Ziba said unto the king, Behold, he is in the house of Machir, the son of Ammiel, in Lodebar.   Then King David sent, and fetched him out of the house of Machir, the son of Ammiel, in Lodebar.”  Lodebar means the house or land of “no bread”.  This young boy, who now had grown up to be a man, lived in a land that its name meant ‘no bread”.  We can imagine what his life was like--he was lame on both feet.  He could do very little for himself and was dependent on others to help and do for him. He had nothing much of his own while living with others---we could say he was living in poverty.  Here he was the grandson of King Saul living in these conditions.  The Bible tells us that the sins of the fathers go down to the third and fourth generation; this was surely the case but things were getting ready to change for the better!  In II Samuel 9:6 it reads, “Now when Mephibosheth, the son of Jonathan, the son of Saul, was come unto David, he fell on his face, and did reverence.  And David said, Mephibosheth.  And he answered, Behold thy servant!” (Because His name has such a long spelling I will refer to him as Mephi (Mefi) as I continue to write).  In II Samuel 9:7-8 it reads,   “And David said unto him, Fear not: for I will surely shew thee kindness for Jonathan thy father’s sake, and will restore thee all the land of Saul thy father; and thou shalt eat bread at my table continually.  And he bowed himself, and said, What is thy servant, that thou shouldest look upon such a dead dog as I am?” This young man whose feet were lame all his life had a very low esteem of himself.  He referred to himself, not just as a dog, but a dead dog.  He did not feel worthy to receive from David the goodness of the Lord’s heart. Our God had looked down from heaven and saw “Mephi’s” suffering as a lame man living in a land known as the land of “no bread” and now was the “SET TIME” time to bless him and David would remember his covenant with Jonathan and obey God and bless “Mephi”.

RESTORATION IS A WONDERFUL THING

David was to do three wonderful things for “Mephi”.  One was to restore CERTAIN THINGS.  Restore means to give back something that originally was ours.  God’s instruction to David was to return all that pertained to Saul and to his entire house. In II Samuel 9:9 it reads, “Then the king called to Ziba, Saul’s servant, and said unto him, I have given unto thy master’s son all that pertained to Saul and to all his house.”  Secondly “Mephi” was to sit at the king’s table continually with all the king’s men.  Then all the men of Ziba, with his fifteen (15) sons, and twenty (20) servants were to till the land for “Mephi,” bringing in the fruits so that his master’s son would have food to eat, but “Mephi” would always eat bread at King David’s table. (II Samuel 9:10).  There is always the time that God remembers his SET TIME and moves upon the hearts of those who will do his bidding on this earth – special men and women after God’s own heart.  They are holy men and women who are compassionate, merciful and generous.  I believe that this is the year that our Jesus will REMEMBER us who have been faithful in a greater way.  He will restore back to us because he has made a covenant with us.  At Calvary’s Hill our God looked down from heaven and the blood of the covenant (His son) was spilled there when we cried out to Him to save us!  Right then and there we also received the EXCHANGES OF A COVENANT.  As Jonathan gave to David his garments when they entered into a covenant, our Jesus also gave us the garments of salvation, His robe of righteousness, the garments of praise for the spirit of heaviness, beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning and his word known as the sword of the spirit and much more.  In Isaiah 61:3 it reads, “To appoint unto them that mourn in Zion, to give unto them beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; that they might be called trees of righteousness,  the planting of the Lord, that he might be glorified.” Also, it reads in Isaiah 61:10 that “I will greatly rejoice in the Lord, my soul shall be joyful in my God; for he hath clothed me with the garments of salvation, he hath covered me with the robe of righteousness, as a bridegroom decketh himself with ornaments, and as a bride adorneth herself with her jewels.”

YOU AND I HAVE A COVENANT

We have a covenant with God through his son Jesus Christ and in that covenant (the Word of God) He promises to restore unto us among many other things what the “cankerworm” has stolen.   When we first received Jesus into our hearts all things were restored back to us, but not all was manifested for us to see.  You and I, the faithful people of God, grow into new levels of restoration and as we grow into these new days or seasons--manifested restorations will be seen—2014 is such a year for many of us.  As “Mephi” Jonathan’s grandson, maybe we have been in the land of “no bread”, or maybe things have been taken from us unfairly.   However we have been dead in sin and trespasses without Christ; because we have not known Him, we have been spiritually lame.  Suddenly God appears on the scene and says, I have given you the garments of salvation, praise, and now you will sit at my table continually as my child, son or daughter.  You see in the covenant as I shared with you earlier, there were exchanges on both parts of the individuals.  What did you and I have to give in our exchange to our precious Saviour when we entered the blood covenant with Him.  In Isaiah 64:6 it reads, “But we are all as an unclean thing, and all our righteousness are as filthy rags; and we all do fade as a leaf; and our iniquities, like the wind, have taken us away.”  Yes, just like “Mephi” we didn’t have much to give but filthy rags and were living in the land of Lodebar, the land of no bread.  But just as the Lord restored it all back to him and sat him down at the king’s table, the place of the king’ sons, where He would eat bread continually -  He will do the same for us!  “Mephi” surely was elevated to higher ground and today you and I eat and drink the bread of life continually and we are not hungry or thirsty anymore because of that wonderful covenant.  We are in the land of abundance—2014 is a year of restoration for the righteous who have stayed faithful to Him—the year He REMEMBERS us. A PROPHECY FOR GOD'S CHOSEN PEOPLE IN 2014

This is the year that God will REMEMBER His holy promises to His people and you will see His Word to you come to pass. As I said before, there will be no question about those who are His!  We will see that He has not brought us out to leave us, but rather, TO BRING US IN! This is the year that God’s chosen people will enter into their promised land with its blessings. Years ago, my husband and I were driving home from a nearby town. We decided not to take the highway; instead we took the back roads so we could enjoy the beautiful countryside scenery. While driving, we were singing songs to the Lord, praising Him for His goodness and basking in His presence. Out of the corner of my eye, I caught a quick glimpse of brilliant rays of color. I turned my head and to my surprise the most vibrant colorful rainbow I had ever seen was before me. It appeared to be so close that I could have run right out into that field, touched it, and stood in the midst of it. If it had not been for a high wire fence that was in the way I might have tried it! We stopped the car, got out, stood there for a moment and looked at it in such “awe”. It was the most perfect ark that we had ever seen! The presence of the Lord was so great we began to weep. Suddenly, right before our eyes, a second rainbow began to form above it, making a double rainbow! And the Holy Spirit said, “Tell My People I Will Judge Wickedness In America, But I Will Not Forget My Promises To My People. Just As I Provided An Ark Of Safety For Noah In His Time, I Will Not Forget My Promises To My People And Will Reward Their Faithfulness. The World Will Know Those Are Mine And I Will Be With Them Till The End Of Time. I Will Not Put Them To Shame But Will Give Them Double For Their Trouble, For This Is The Season Of Double Portion Of Rewards And Blessings To The Righteous And Double Portion Of Judgment To The Wicked.” – This was a prophecy given to hilda arredondo years past, but still applies to us today!

Happy New Year!

Keeping The Vision Of Prayer In 2014

From our family to yours, all of us here at National Divine Connection are praying that you are Blessed in 2014!

Dear Precious Saints, Thank You For Your Prayers In 2013. We trust that all of you had a wonderful holiday in Christ Jesus. A New Year has begun and all of us here at NDCP are excited about starting a brand new year with God's grace, favor and blessings.  Praise God, we have finished the race in prayer another year! What a privilege we have calling on the Most High God our Creator, who loves us with an unconditional love and longs to answer our prayers and meet all of our needs according to his riches in glory. God's blessing has been upon the ministry and we are so grateful and thankful for His mercies that endure forever. Your prayer requests are important to Almighty God and to us. When we receive a prayer request we are armored to do battle in prayer for each and every need. Every prayer we have prayed has been recorded in heaven--there is no prayer too small or big for our Father in heaven.

The prayer line is open daily seven (7) days a week and with so manyneeds it would be virtually impossible to do this work of prayer for the nation and the personal needs of others without your prayer support. I know that together we have gone before the Lord and lifted up each and every prayer request that has been given to us. Thank you for all the prayers you prayed this past year in 2013. Many prayers were answered and because of our prayers, prayers of agreement; which are so powerful many got the Victory-To God Be The Glory! "And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that the father may be glorified in the son. If ye shall ask anything in my name, I will do it." John 14:13, 14

Let us purpose it in our hearts to share the love of Christ with the lost and each other and be more thoughtful, kind and giving to our fellow man in 2014.  Let us pray for one another more than ever building each other up in the Lord."Beloved if God so loved us, we ought also to love one another." 1 John 4:11

We are looking forward to our God moving in a mighty way for his people this coming year. As always I pray for each one of you, strength, perfect health, Godly wisdom, favor in all that you do and divine protection according to Psalms 91. From those of us here at the National Divine Connection Headquarters, we pray that you have the Best, Happy, Healthy & Prosperous New Year in the Lord Jesus Christ! "Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth." 3 John 1:2

A Prophetic Word From Hilda "The Great I Am"

Prophetess hilda arredondo
Dear Ministry Friends, In Mark 11:22–23, Scripture reads, “And Jesus answering said unto them, Have faith in God. For verily I say onto you, That whosoever shall say onto this mountain, be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart…” This verse of Scripture is a classic of our time. It is well known and quoted by us, the modern-day Christians. The key to the Scripture is in verse 22 “Have faith in God.”  To have faith in someone you must know them personally and if you know them personally, you know who they are. Our Lord Jesus had a strong and confident relationship with  “Father God”. Over and over in the Gospels He mentions this relationship.  In John 16:28, He said, “I came forth from the Father, and am come into the world: again, I leave the world, and go to the Father.” Jesus told his disciples, I came from my Father into the world and will go back to my Father in heaven when I leave this earth. Much of his time spent with the disciples was instructing them to know the Father.  He communicated to them in most of his teachings that when they had a need they were to go to the Father in his name. The trinity is made up of God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. All of us reading this message have met God the Son, Jesus, when we got saved. He showed us the way. “Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.” John 14:6 Later, many of us met God the Holy Ghost as Baptizer. All of us call on the Father in Jesus name because we know that we became the sons of God through the born again experience. Yet, some of us truly do not have a personal relationship with the Father in Heaven. This past year many of us have come to know Father God in a greater way and our intimacy with him is growing. This is a time that you and I can continue daily to know him in a greater way by the power of the Holy Spirit. Who is Father God? Father God is the creator from the beginning, the GREAT I AM.  When Moses said unto God, who are you? He responded this way, “And Moses said unto God, Behold, when I come into the children of Israel, and shall say unto them, The God of your fathers hath sent me unto you;… And God said unto Moses, “I AM THAT I AM:…” Exodus 3:13-14 The GREAT I Am revealed himself to Moses. He was really saying to Moses, I AM the Great God of Heaven, I AM the beginning and the end, I AM the Alpha and the Omega, I begin all things and I am the finisher. I have the final say. He said, Moses, I will give you a rod, with that rod you will lead my people OUT of Egypt, OUT of bondage, because they are mine and I’ve chosen them. They are my responsibility now and I need a man to lead them out because I have plans and purposes for them and their lives. I want to make them victorious, I want to see them set free. And Moses here is the rod! You see Moses was a man with human thinking and frailties. He was so surprised as he thought, what could this little rod do? But it wasn’t a rod, it was the ONE who was behind the rod; it was the ONE who created the tree where the rod came from. At this time Moses was looking at his own strength and depending on himself.  He was just a mere human being who did not really know “Father God” and His Sovereign power.

HE IS THE GREAT I AM

It was after the burning bush and mountain top experience that Moses came to know his God better. All that God was looking for was an obedient vessel to work through. Today you and I need to draw closer to Father God. It is His power that raised us up from the dead! It is His power that brought us OUT of the darkness into his marvelous light, OUT of bondage, OUT of sin, OUT of misery, OUT of loneliness, OUT of turmoil into His marvelous light.  Before that marvelous experience Moses was leaning to his flesh frame in bringing the people OUT of Egypt.  But God was saying, “Moses, it’s not by power it’s not by might but by my spirit. Many times after we are born again we are still trying to do things by our own power and might, but let us remember, it’s not by might, it’s not by power, but by the spirit of the Living God! As we surrender he will bring us into a perfect rest.

DON’T LEAN ON THE ARM OF THE FLESH

Paul said, “For we are the circumcision, which worship God in the spirit, and rejoice in Christ Jesus, and have no confidence in the flesh. Though I might also have confidence in the flesh. If any other man thinketh that he hath whereof he might trust in the flesh, I more.” Philippians 3:3-4.  Paul said, if anyone could trust in the flesh it would be me; look at my social standing, look at my education, look at my bloodline, I’m a pure thorough bread Jew, but that means nothing compared to God’s strength and power. Later Paul said in that same chapter, verse 9–10, “And be found in him, not having mine own righteousness, which is of the law, but that which is through the faith of Christ, the righteousness which is of God by faith: That I may know him…” Paul cried out, “Get to know Him, and when you do you will never follow no other but HIM!” He is good, loving and merciful. God’s Holy Word instructs us not to lean unto our own understanding but in all our ways acknowledge him. Proverbs 3:5-6.  In plainer words, The Lord says put me first, don’t trust in your own abilities, I will direct and crown your efforts with much success, don’t be conceited and sure in your own wisdom, instead, TRUST and reverence me. I love you and will help you in the name of my son Jesus and by the power of the Holy Spirit. Many times our troubles don’t seem to go away, but they stay year after year and we cry “God, what’s wrong, why don’t you do something?” I believe that some of us are crying Father, Father in Heaven, but not truly knowing who we are talking to.  Therefore, we keep running back to Egypt (the world) for help or trusting in ourselves and our abilities instead of making Him our ALL. Let’s run to Jesus He is our EVERYTHING!

DON’T BE A SHRUB IN THE DESERT

His word states in Jeremiah 17:5-7,”Thus saith the Lord; Cursed be the man that trusteth in man, and maketh flesh his arm, and whose heart departeth from the Lord. For he shall be like the heath in the desert, and shall not see when good cometh;…” Here we are admonished again by the Prophet Jeremiah that as God’s people we are not to trust in the arm of the flesh, but in the arm of the GREAT I AM.  He also says that we will become shrubs in the desert if we continue to trust in the flesh. This means we will not grow spiritually and then become very dry. The Lord’s plan for our lives is for us to grow and be mighty men and women of God. We are not to settle for being a shrub in the desert. God said to Moses, “Wherefore say unto the children of Israel, I am the Lord, and I will bring you out from under the burdens of the Egyptians, and I will rid you out of their bondage,…” Exodus 6:6-7. God spoke to Moses again and said I am the GREAT I AM who will take the yoke of bondage off you and redeem you with my outstretched arm. God has an arm to redeem us, yes, guide us, and deliver us in this hour. He says to us in 2013, quit trusting in the arm of the flesh, and quit trusting your own arm.  I have an arm that is strong and powerful and I will do miracles for you. When our enemies come against us God says, “Fear and dread shall fall upon them; by the greatness of thine arm they shall be as still as a stone; till thy people pass over, O Lord, till the people pass over, which thou hast purchased.” Exodus 15:16. As we are brought to a place of letting go and letting God, our Father in Heaven will do great and mighty miracles for us. Jesus our Lord and Savior knew his Father in Heaven and his great power. He had a personal relationship with the God of Exodus 15:11, “Who is like unto thee, O Lord, among the gods? who is like thee, glorious in holiness, fearful in praises, doing wonders?”

TRUSTING IN THE ARM OF THE LORD

Job also knew the arm of the Lord. God spoke to Job out of the whirlwind and said, “Then answered the Lord unto Job out of the whirlwind, and said, Gird up thy loins now like a man: I will demand of thee, and declare thou unto me...” Job 40:6-9. God asked Job a question; do you have an arm like mine? No, he thundered, your human arm has no strength compared to my arm. Just like Job, Moses and Paul knew that it was the arm of the GREAT I AM that helped them in every task, Jesus wants us to know the same. That it is “Father God” who will do great and mighty things for His people. Many of us have been trusting in the arm of the flesh, therefore we’ve had disappointments, and others are confused and discouraged. This can all change as you say to the GREAT I AM, Zion’s righteous governor, the Prince of peace, the great eternal Father: Come and be my helper, my deliver, my redeemer, my everything, then, you will no longer just see Him, but you will know Him. Then our prayers will be answered and our joy will be full. Jesus prayed for us in John 17:25, “O righteous Father, the world hath not known thee: but I have known thee, and these have known that thou hast sent me.” Yes my beloved, the arm of the Father we will know, Amen. It could be that you are having personal problems, then you can be assured that He will be there to meet your need.  Now, there is one problem, which we all need to be concerned about.  Our country is quickly being moved into the one world government – that is a matter of prayer for all Christians. Just as He took His people out of Egypt with His strong arm He will do the same for us.  Look to Father God He will never fail us!  To God Be The Glory, hilda arredondo
