The Silver Trumpet Announces:

"America, I Will Judge Your
Basket And Store"
By: Prophetess hilda arredondo
The Great Almighty God thundered a warning to Israel through His servant Moses. “But it shall come to pass, if thou wilt not hearken unto the voice of the Lord thy God, to observe to do all his commandments and his statutes which I command thee this day; that all these curses shall come upon thee, and overtake thee: Cursed shalt thou be in the city, and cursed shalt thou be in the field. Cursed shall be thy basket and thy store…Deuteronomy 28:15-17. Israel’s BASKET AND STORE represented their abundance of food, plentiful gardens and lands, cattle, and their food supply. The blessing of abundance overtook Israel, therefore she was richly blessed by the Hand of God. God’s people had need of nothing—all their needs were abundantly met! Later Israel strayed, sinned and God sent the curse upon her basket and store. Then the people cried and lamented because of the terrible curse of poverty.
***GOD’S BLESSING OF ABUNDANCE REMOVED***
Today, America has been a blessed nation and our basket and store has produced abundantly for us as Americans. But just as Israel sinned, so have Americans strayed and sinned, broken God’s commandments and committed idolatry by chasing other gods. Therefore, the curse of God has come upon our basket and store. It is a time for us to weep, pray, and call a solemn assembly because of what’s coming upon our nation. Just recently I was in a restaurant enjoying a wonderful meal when we bumped into a Christian couple coming home from being on vacation. They had just come through some of the flooded areas of the Midwest. As this sister shared the terribleness of the waters and how she had prayed and prayed, I continued to listen intently. The Holy Spirit quickened me to ask her, “Aren’t the Midwestern states known as the ‘BREADBASKET”. She answered, “yes, they are!” Immediately the Holy Spirit spoke to my heart, “the floods in the Midwest are not just an unfortunate calamity, but rather a judgment sent by My Hand to the BREAD BASKET of America. Ezekiel 14:13 reads, “Son of man, when the land sinneth against me by trespassing grievously, then will I stretch out mine hand upon it, and will cut off man and beast from it…” As I looked around the restaurant, the Holy Spirit revealed the godlessness of many of the people who were eating. Most of the people did not even think to thank and bless God for the food they were enjoying, taking God’s blessings for granted. For a moment I was caught up in the Spirit of the living God and I could hear Him telling me these words, “they have forgotten me, their God; therefore, I will judge their basket and store”. If we open up our history books we find out that TWELVE (12) states make up the Midwest. They are Ohio, Indiana, Michigan, Wisconsin, Mississippi, Iowa, Kansas, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Illinois. TWELVE (12) is the number of governments. These TWELVE (12) states, therefore, govern the food supply of the United States. Not only do they govern the food supply, but they are known as the HEARTLAND of America. When you think of the heart of the physical body in the natural sense, several questions may come to mind. What is its function and what does it do? We can say that the heart is the primary organ that keeps life pumped into our veins. We can live and do without a leg, an arm, an eye, but without the “heart” we are dead! The Midwestern states can be considered the HEART that keeps the life supply of food pumped into the nations veins. Without the products of these states we will not survive as a great nation, but die! The recent flood in the Midwest is a message from heaven—a judgment blow upon idolatrous America. The floods speak to us prophetically; he who has an ear let him hear what the Spirit of the Lord is saying.
***AMERICA’S BREAD BASKET UNDER JUDGMENT***
The Midwest states, which make up the BREAD BASKET OF AMERICA, produce the greatest bulk of food stuffs as meat, and grain. They produce one half of the wheat crops grown in the United States. Forty percent (40) of the nation’s cattle and cows are raised there. Four-fifths (4/5ths) of the hogs are raised in the Midwest and Chicago is the largest meat packing center known as the “hogopolis” or Porkopolis” of the nation. Minnesota is a leader in oats. The Midwestern states lead in the production of livestock fodder; therefore, cattlemen can produce superior livestock, supplying the American people with the highest quality of meat. Food processing is a major industry of the Midwest. It accounts for forty-three percent (43%) of our farm income. One fourth (1/4th) of the population of the United States is there! It is the “transportation hub” of the nation. Iowa and Illinois are the largest producers of corn and soybeans. Wisconsin is a leader of dairy products. The Midwest leads in farm related equipment and is known as the “manufacturing center” of the United States. You will find it the leader of heavy industry because of its iron and steel. It is the richest stretch of agricultural land in the United States. The Mississippi, Ohio, and Missouri river make it the most “fertile heartland” in America. The Midwest states are the HEART OF AMERICA and our God has dealt it a severe blow of judgment because of our idolatry and sinfulness. The book of Joel, Chapter 1 verse 11 in the Living Bible reads, “Well may you farmers stand so shocked and stricken; well may your vinedressers weep. Weep for the wheat and the barley too, for they are gone”. “Our food will disappear before our eyes; all joy and gladness will be ended in the temple of our God. The seed rots in the ground; the barns and granaries are empty; the grain has dried upon the fields. The cattle groan with hunger; the herds stand perplexed for there is no pasture for them; the sheep bleat in misery.” Yes, the Lord sent Israel’s basket and store judgment and He has sent the same to America today. She has filled herself with rebellion, drugs, alcohol, murder, dishonesty, idolatry, adultery, fornication and she is grasping for her last breaths of life.
***THE BLAST OF THE WARNING TRUMPET***
“Surely the Lord God will do nothing, but he revealeth his secret unto his servants the prophets.” Amos 3:7 The Lord sounds his alarm through his servants the prophets to the nation, let the blast of the warning trumpet be heard through out the land, let everyone tremble in fear, therefore the day of the Lord’s judgment is upon us—cursed shall America’s basket and store be if she does not repent. Many of us reading this booklet have diligently prayed and prayed for our nation to have revival, yet it hasn’t truly come the way we would like to see it. But I would encourage you to continue to pray. Please do not stop! Le us continue to intercede; perhaps the God of heaven will pity his people and send us true revival. There is a righteous remnant in America today, “his church," a people whom Jesus Christ died for, and He will never leave us or forsake us but will remember us for good in time of judgment upon the land. Your next question may be what can we do? The answer again is in His Word, “Turn to me now, while there is time. Give me all your hearts. Come with fasting, weeping, mourning. Let your remorse tear at your hearts and not your garments.” Return to the Lord you God, for he is gracious and merciful. He is not easily angered; he is full of kindness, and anxious not to punish you. Who knows? Perhaps even yet he will decide to let you alone and give you a blessing instead of His terrible curse….” Joel 2:12-14. Prayer Warriors, let us pray without ceasing. Amen. To God Be the Glory!
